So if you're liking this, please help us out.

00:00:55
It's the only way we get the word out, and we appreciate you listening in.

00:00:59
Today, we're gonna be talking about something pretty cool, near and dear to our hearts.

00:01:03
Really?

00:01:03
And it's the spirit driver of what fuels us at the end of the day.

00:01:08
And, some of the scripture that I've been reading through is actually pretty cool.

00:01:12
It's, based in the book of Daniel.

00:01:14
It's been talking about Daniel and the lion's den.

00:01:17
I actually wear, I don't have it on me right now, which I should to my bathroom and then put

00:01:21
it on this morning.

00:01:22
But, I got a little bracelet that has a lion on it And, it means a couple different things to

00:01:29
me when I look at that lion.

00:01:31
Number 1, I'm the head, not the tail.

00:01:33
So, God has driven me with

00:01:35
the power of force.

00:01:37
So it means that, then

00:01:39
it has this also other effect more recently that I've been thinking through as I've been

00:01:42
reading the book of Daniel is this element of he delivered Daniel from the lion's den.

00:01:48
And so what's wild about the story in Daniel too, is that he was kind of like set up, right?

00:01:54
There were some guys that were trying to kill him.

00:01:57
And so he, they came, he essentially came to king Nebuchadnezzar and essentially they said,

00:02:02
look, we want to issue this decree, for any guys that pray in the open or pray to anybody

00:02:09
else, but you, we want them to be thrown in the lion's den and thought it was a good idea.

00:02:14
Well, Daniel didn't take that, lightly.

00:02:17
And he's like, no, I'm going to pray to the God almighty.

00:02:20
And so he opened up his windows and he continually prayed to his God and, king Nabik.

00:02:27
It's like, man, this sucks.

00:02:28
I love Daniel.

00:02:29
Like he's one of my favorite people.

00:02:31
But I did issue this decree, so I'm going to have to throw you in the lion's den.

00:02:35
And he was up all night and, God protected him.

00:02:39
Didn't get the he didn't get eaten by lions.

00:02:43
But what's wild about that story and pretty grim who was, I think it was called he was king

00:02:48
seer, in biblical context.

00:02:51
King Nebuchadnezzar was so angry that they made that decree that, he threw him and his family

00:02:57
and his children, all in the lines that they were devoured instantly.

00:03:01
So pretty morbid context of like taking that into consideration of like biblical times and

00:03:08
the old Testament, Stories, but, it's, it's, it's just a reminder of God's provision and

00:03:16
God's protection.

00:03:17
So, I love the idea and I that's, that's how I memorialize.

00:03:21
Like that bracelet is just a reminder every day that I am the head, not the tail.

00:03:25
I am strength.

00:03:26
But God's also delivered me and he's redeemed me.

00:03:29
So, I'm in a very, cool, piece of scripture right now that I'm really enjoying.

00:03:35
Yeah.

00:03:35
That's awesome, man.

00:03:36
I'd I was sharing this with you, this cool bible that I got.

00:03:40
It's called the men's daily bible, and, you were messing with me because I found it on

00:03:44
Instagram.

00:03:44
But, man, this thing's been this thing's been great because what it does is, like, it each

00:03:50
day you have a reading or like a, almost like a, devotional piece with associated scripture

00:03:58
to it.

00:03:58
Right?

00:03:59
And so it's basically going through Genesis right now.

00:04:01
I'm, like, you know, a week into this thing, but today's was awesome.

00:04:04
And I think sharing some of this would be really cool and helpful for some guys, but it

00:04:08
goes kind of it ties into that.

00:04:10
There's a lot of similarities obviously throughout this book.

00:04:12
You know, it's, having faith when God tells us stuff or or when we, you know, listen to the

00:04:17
Lord when we don't know.

00:04:18
Right?

00:04:19
And so, like, this one's really cool because, you know, the three lessons from Abraham.

00:04:24
Right?

00:04:24
The the like, makes you the patriarch of our faith.

00:04:27
Right?

00:04:29
And and just the level of faith that he had in God and obeyed is why God chose him.

00:04:35
And so, you know, the first one was, Abraham teaches us to obey God when we don't know where

00:04:40
we are going.

00:04:41
Right?

00:04:42
Like, I don't I don't know where my life's headed.

00:04:44
Right?

00:04:45
I think I have an idea, but then God oftentimes makes makes provisions, man, or he'll make

00:04:49
changes.

00:04:50
And so, you know, having faith in those in those accounts.

00:04:53
And then, you know, secondly, obeying God even when we don't know when God is gonna fulfill

00:04:59
his promise to us.

00:05:00
Right?

00:05:01
He basically told Abraham, hey.

00:05:02
I'm gonna bless you guys with a child.

00:05:04
And then it's 25 years later that they had their child.

00:05:07
So they're just sitting here waiting for 25 years, like, alright.

00:05:10
Like, what's what's going on here?

00:05:11
Are we gonna we gonna have this thing or what?

00:05:14
So, like, the patience aspect of it, right, which is something that I struggle with

00:05:18
severely.

00:05:19
So stories like this help me in that in that way.

00:05:21
And then the third is obeying God even when we don't know why he's leading us.

00:05:25
Right?

00:05:26
Like, why did this happen?

00:05:27
Why do why do people die?

00:05:29
Right?

00:05:29
Like, why do children die?

00:05:30
Why do, like, these horrible things happen?

00:05:32
And so, like, not God doesn't tell us that we need to understand all that.

00:05:35
He just says, like, have faith.

00:05:37
Right?

00:05:37
Just trust in me and, like, all will be all will

00:05:40
be good.

00:05:40
And so, I mean, man, so many, like, powerful messages there that, you know, to really, like,

00:05:46
ponder on, but this has been an awesome an awesome book for me.

00:05:50
No.

00:05:51
That's that's pretty powerful.

00:05:52
Something that actually came out, today that was something yearly similar was, saw in Psalm

00:05:59
26.

00:06:00
I think it was a scripture number.

00:06:02
I think it was 26, maybe 22.

00:06:06
But it was the, the idea of be still and know that I am God.

00:06:10
And, then you do, you're trying to interpret like stillness and there's this great, app

00:06:15
called the blue letter Bible app that I cross for it, cross reference verses.

00:06:20
And like, I'm like the stillness, like what, what is stillness?

00:06:23
Right.

00:06:23
Because at the end of the day, like we are intended to move, think, create right.

00:06:27
All the time and like stillness.

00:06:30
But then I heard, I don't know if I was listening to a podcast or what I was listening

00:06:35
to, but it was how God, his very intention is for us to move throughout the day, but there

00:06:44
needs to

00:06:44
be a stillness in morning and night.

00:06:47
It's pretty wild

00:06:48
to think about, but like there's this stillness.

00:06:50
And so getting up in the morning and being super intentional and having just a still

00:06:55
period, right.

00:06:57
Where you're able to get that spiritual download and that spiritual discernment.

00:07:00
Like I truly believe that's what stillness is.

00:07:03
Right.

00:07:03
You're intended to move throughout the day, but like you need to open your heart.

00:07:07
And then at night, there's a time of reflection.

00:07:11
And so there's this reflection period of like, of that movement, of like, God, how did you

00:07:17
provide today?

00:07:17
Like, what w what were the things of that reflection period that you're really taking

00:07:23
into account?

00:07:24
And so those are the stillness.

00:07:26
Like, I think that's what he's talking about.

00:07:28
You know, I think that, you know, there's probably scholarly, biblical interpreters that

00:07:33
can say it a little bit more eloquently that I did, but there's this element of morning and

00:07:39
night of a period of downloading.

00:07:42
And then there's also a period of reflection on the backside.

00:07:46
But, like, during that, he's asking us to move and that's every day that he intentionally

00:07:51
allows us to to live.

00:07:53
So, I, you know, there's there's a lot that comes out of that, but it's very similar to

00:07:58
what you're you you were reading today.

00:08:00
Yeah.

00:08:00
Well, that's, like, so similar to, like, the way we parent our kids, man.

00:08:03
It's, like, no.

00:08:04
Listen to what I'm telling you first.

00:08:06
Okay.

00:08:06
Now you can go.

00:08:07
Right?

00:08:07
It's like that's, like, the same.

00:08:08
It's, like, don't just go do stuff.

00:08:10
Like, hold on.

00:08:11
Like, this is what we're gonna do.

00:08:12
Right?

00:08:13
You get it?

00:08:14
Yes.

00:08:14
Right?

00:08:14
You've taken that second to listen, which they don't, but then go ahead and act.

00:08:18
Right?

00:08:19
And so I think I agree with that a 100%.

00:08:21
And then also is, like, so tangible to to feel that.

00:08:24
When you start your day with a stillness and just start like a genuine, like, kind of, like,

00:08:29
trying to connect with your with your creator, even whether it's meditating, whether it's

00:08:33
reading the word, what just, like, in that quiet, man, the day is so much better.

00:08:37
Like, you just have such a clear head, such a a piece about you, like, during the day, like,

00:08:43
little things that might have, like, you know, gotten kind of irritating to you or less.

00:08:47
And then at the end of the day, like, that gratitude part, man.

00:08:49
And, like, that's why it's so important to set that time for yourself.

00:08:53
And, you know, you we go through seasons.

00:08:55
Right?

00:08:55
Like, probably 2 mainly, like, 3 weeks ago was kind of the end of, like, a we had, like, a

00:09:01
sprint where it was, like, dude, I was out of the door every morning at 6 o'clock, not

00:09:05
getting home till, like, 8, 8:30.

00:09:06
And so, like, finally, I've set some more time for myself, you know, these these mornings to

00:09:10
be a little bit slower and really get that, which is awesome.

00:09:13
But, you know, that's okay as long as you come back to it.

00:09:17
And I think that, you know, meditating is, like, something that people, even myself, like,

00:09:22
struggled with for a long time.

00:09:24
And I just started working through this app called Happier.

00:09:28
It used to be called 10 Percent Happier.

00:09:29
It's called Happier.

00:09:30
And, man, if we talk about biohacks or, like, hacks in general, go download this app because

00:09:36
the way that they approach meditation is not what you think.

00:09:39
Everyone thinks you need to meditate.

00:09:40
You need to sit there and get into this, like, zen posture and, like, quiet everything down,

00:09:46
but it's mindfulness.

00:09:47
And what mindfulness means, you're aware of everything.

00:09:51
Whether that's like, man, I feel a little bit of tension in my legs or in my stomach.

00:09:55
Or, like, I feel like I'm a little warm or cold.

00:09:57
Right?

00:09:57
Like, really being mindful.

00:09:59
And then when it comes to meditating, the mindfulness piece is like, oh, my thoughts are

00:10:03
wandering.

00:10:04
Like, where are they going being with them, but then bringing them back?

00:10:07
That's mindfulness.

00:10:08
Right?

00:10:08
Whereas, like, most people and myself included, I used to meditate, and I'd be like, soon as I

00:10:13
get distracted, oh my god.

00:10:14
I freaking messed this up.

00:10:15
I'm done.

00:10:15
I quit.

00:10:16
Right?

00:10:17
Versus, like, no.

00:10:17
Bring it back.

00:10:18
Okay.

00:10:18
Like, yeah.

00:10:19
You got distracted.

00:10:20
You started thinking about what's gonna happen later.

00:10:22
Bring it back to where you are, and that's the mindfulness piece.

00:10:24
And it's so powerful because then you are in charge.

00:10:27
Right?

00:10:27
You can fully control, like, where are my thoughts going, and then what am I doing with

00:10:32
them?

00:10:32
It's a

00:10:32
good segue because this episode to you is brought to you by Alessi Functional Health,

00:10:37
where you can get to a pain free future.

00:10:39
Check us out, lessefunctionalhealth.com.

00:10:43
You can also get some great chiropractic care.

00:10:45
We got the best in the game with us right now.

00:10:47
Talking to them live, Doctor.

00:10:49
Alessi.

00:10:50
We also have Doctor.

00:10:50
Reni Noel.

00:10:51
She's amazing.

00:10:53
But we do everything from chiropractic, functional wellness, soft wave technology,

00:10:57
cupping, acupuncture.

00:10:58
We even have infrared saunas and cold plunges, which to do meditation.

00:11:03
It's a great way.

00:11:04
And the infrared sauna, you can meditate super hard in

00:11:07
the infrared sauna.

00:11:09
But,

00:11:10
one thing that I wanted to touch on there was a really, a thing that I did not know I was

00:11:17
doing, but it, I put myself into a meditative state before I sleep.

00:11:22
And so get this, this is pretty wild and I've been doing it for a couple of years and did not

00:11:28
realize I was doing it.

00:11:29
And I told my wife this she's like, you do what?

00:11:33
So I think I have highlight reels in flow state, right?

00:11:40
So like when, before, when I close my eyes, I think of things that I do.

00:11:46
So I personally think I can shoot a basketball better than 99% of the people in the world.

00:11:52
Right.

00:11:54
There's that one, not many people in the world can shoot a basketball.

00:11:58
So I was like, I probably can do that for some reason.

00:12:01
I've been shooting a basketball since I was young, but it's a flow state for me when a ball

00:12:06
rolls off my fingertips, like there's some level of flow state that happens.

00:12:12
And so I literally, when I go to sleep, I'll think of me shooting a basketball, like just

00:12:18
flowing off my fingertips.

00:12:20
And it puts me into this meditative state and my train of thought, right.

00:12:25
Wants to go to worry.

00:12:26
Like it wants to like go to these various things, but then I grab onto those thoughts.

00:12:31
And I keep thinking of like just shooting and something going through her dad.

00:12:35
It's super weird.

00:12:36
Sometimes I do it with golf too.

00:12:38
Like if I had golfed a few days prior that day, I'll think of the striking of a ball, like an

00:12:43
impact, like when I made a really good solid impact on a ball and how the flow of that and

00:12:48
what it felt.

00:12:49
And so this meditative state, like keeps coming back to me where it's like super soothing and I

00:12:54
go to, I fall asleep within like a minute of usually laying my head down.

00:12:58
It's pretty wild to think about, but the point is is that's conscious thought that puts you

00:13:05
back into this, like, neurological flow that ultimately helps you, like, sleep a little bit

00:13:10
better, which then, like, I feel better the next day.

00:13:13
But that has nothing to do with, like, this element of, like, stillness that we're talking

00:13:18
about.

00:13:18
But it it kind of does.

00:13:19
Right?

00:13:19
Because meditation is a really, really crucial thing, and sleep is imperative too.

00:13:24
Well, I

00:13:25
think, again, that goes back to, like, meditation isn't what you picture, like, this,

00:13:28
like, Buddhist monk, like, levitating with his his legs crossed.

00:13:32
That's not what it is.

00:13:33
It's being mindful.

00:13:35
Right?

00:13:35
And so, like, you can be walking and realistically be doing mindfulness.

00:13:39
If you're walking and, like, I'll do that a lot, man.

00:13:41
I'm walking on the bay shore, and I'm looking out at the ocean, and I'm watching the waves,

00:13:45
and it's just very peaceful.

00:13:46
And I'm in my thoughts, and I'm kinda, like, capturing what I'm thinking about, but, like,

00:13:50
controlling them.

00:13:51
Right?

00:13:51
It's all about, like, kinda, like, how do we master become the master of our thoughts and

00:13:54
our our mind.

00:13:56
And so, like, okay, my thoughts go over here, recognize it.

00:13:58
Now where do I direct it?

00:14:00
And so you're doing that.

00:14:01
You're directing your your thoughts, your focus, your attention.

00:14:05
Obviously, you're doing it to fall asleep, but it's the same concept.

00:14:08
I I heard this thing one time that I've done for, you know, if I'm having trouble falling

00:14:12
asleep, which I rarely do.

00:14:13
But, if if you picture just white, just the color white, like and it starts by, like, you

00:14:20
picturing yourself in, like, an all white room, white floors, like, you would think of, like,

00:14:24
in a insane asylum room.

00:14:26
All white, then just white closes in, and it's all as you can picture is white, dude, you will

00:14:30
fall asleep faster.

00:14:31
And it's because you're blocking out all color, all spectrums, like, you're blocking everything

00:14:35
out.

00:14:35
It's actually kind of a cool little little trick.

00:14:37
I I don't even remember where I learned that was a long time ago, but that's a good one.

00:14:42
Yeah.

00:14:43
No.

00:14:43
That's good.

00:14:44
Yeah.

00:14:45
Another thing too from a meditative state, I think that, you know, this happens in, like,

00:14:50
the stillness.

00:14:51
I we're talking about, like, obviously opening up scripture, getting spiritual discernment,

00:14:57
but God intends us for to be at peace, like our bodies to be at peace more than they do to be

00:15:04
like, he, he says like, oh, worry.

00:15:06
What is worry?

00:15:06
Right.

00:15:07
I've already taken care of tomorrow.

00:15:08
You don't gotta worry about tomorrow.

00:15:09
Just worry about today.

00:15:10
Right.

00:15:11
So there's element of like meditative peace that he has and, a really like good example

00:15:20
that I brought up to you yesterday when we were at the Apogee Awards.

00:15:24
Was this like when you're going into a new room or constantly searching for comfort.

00:15:29
Right.

00:15:30
So like, it's like our what's first level of comfort that I can find because we don't know

00:15:34
anyone in this room.

00:15:35
I know you, you know, but we're just walking in and this is a completely new environment where

00:15:42
like our bodies are censoring this, like every single moment of every day.

00:15:46
Right.

00:15:47
Do I know this environment?

00:15:49
Do I not know this environment?

00:15:51
And then how do I, how do I understand like how comfortable I can get?

00:15:54
It's the same thing like of when you're in your car.

00:15:56
Right.

00:15:57
And you want the AC on, and then you're like, man, I'm going to adjust the AC a little bit.

00:16:01
It seems like I'm a little hot, little cold, and you're constantly adjusting the temperature

00:16:06
to make sure like you're in a comfortable state.

00:16:08
Right.

00:16:08
We always want to get to a sense of comfort.

00:16:12
That was, I was thinking through this, like, process of how, like, you prepare your bodies

00:16:19
that way by what we were talking about and aforementioned of getting up in the morning.

00:16:26
And like, it is a level of like comfort that that gives you throughout the day that, like,

00:16:32
when you're starting with peace, there's more peace that comes throughout the day when you're

00:16:37
starting in like potentially turmoil or friction or, just straight up scarcity that

00:16:45
then that becomes more redundant throughout the day.

00:16:48
So like that level of stillness kind of protects the interest of yourself that, Hey,

00:16:54
I'm gonna, I'm protecting the piece of like my body.

00:16:57
It gives me a better cadence to go into environments that are maybe a little bit more

00:17:01
uncomfortable, but it just gives me this direction of peace that allows me to, to

00:17:06
operate, with a sense of, my favorite word, cadence.

00:17:12
Yeah.

00:17:13
Cadence is a cool word.

00:17:14
I think you can, like, set so many different things for the day with the morning.

00:17:19
Right?

00:17:19
You set up your sleep for the night in the morning when you're getting sunlight, when

00:17:24
you're getting movement.

00:17:25
Right?

00:17:25
As soon as that circadian rhythm is kinda waking up.

00:17:27
If it if it's stress mode, right, you're gonna spike cortisol too early.

00:17:31
You're gonna have a tough time sleeping later.

00:17:33
Right?

00:17:33
So it's you're setting the cadence for that.

00:17:35
You're setting the cadence with your mind, where your mindset's gonna be.

00:17:38
I think mindset is such a buzzword or, like, you know, people like mindset.

00:17:42
Oh, positivity.

00:17:44
But it's like, no.

00:17:44
Like, what is, like, what is the mindfulness that you have in every moment, man?

00:17:49
Like, if you can really, like like, process because we have I don't I forget the stat or

00:17:54
the number.

00:17:55
80 thoughts or something on a daily basis.

00:17:58
Right?

00:17:58
The average person, guys like us who are doing all these other things probably have more.

00:18:02
So if you can, man, if you can start to, like, harness those and, like, direct them from

00:18:06
negative to positive in every way.

00:18:09
Right?

00:18:09
Like, little little stuff that isn't a big deal, but it's like, oh, like, where did I put

00:18:13
that?

00:18:13
And you instantly get frustrated.

00:18:15
Right?

00:18:15
Versus being like, no.

00:18:16
It's cool.

00:18:17
I'm gonna find it.

00:18:18
Like right?

00:18:18
How do you, like, make that intentional direction change in your mind?

00:18:23
That's mindfulness.

00:18:24
And that's powerful, man.

00:18:25
Because then you harness that.

00:18:27
That is an energy.

00:18:28
That is a vibration that you can harness into other areas and, like, create actual impact and

00:18:32
change.

00:18:33
That's huge.

00:18:35
Top three ways

00:18:37
in which you practically can, you know, we talked about them.

00:18:41
So we'll just, capture them in a conclusion here.

00:18:44
But, top three ways in which you can provide a state of meditation, a more peaceful day,

00:18:51
throughout the course of your living.

00:18:55
Hey.

00:18:55
You wanna go first?

00:18:56
I would say number 1 is absolutely it starts at night.

00:19:00
So, I would say mine is is getting a sleep structure.

00:19:05
So we were talking with Cole yesterday.

00:19:08
He said he was you know, he's and I hit a flow state between, like, midnight and 2 AM or

00:19:13
something like that, or maybe it was, like, 10 AM 10 PM to 12.

00:19:16
But it's much harder to go to sleep when you're all wired up, and he trained his body that way.

00:19:22
And so it's then becoming, well, how do you hit your flow state a little bit earlier, maybe in

00:19:26
the morning, and then you have one from, like, 5 to 7 at night or something that's a little

00:19:30
bit more predictable and where you can still get really optimized sleep instead of sleeping

00:19:34
for like, you know, 5 hours, 4 hours, some nights.

00:19:38
So I would, you know, I recommended to him, and this is something that we educate on, in the

00:19:44
optimizers is really setting that.

00:19:47
That again, it goes back to the cadence at which you're operating, through at night.

00:19:51
And then do you have like a proper wind down really where you're, you're really like one

00:19:57
that one kind of act that I did was I, I took my phone out of my bedroom.

00:20:01
I have an alarm that wakes up to birds.

00:20:04
So what are you doing to get that really proper wind down routine?

00:20:09
Are you reading a book?

00:20:10
Are you taking, you know, those blue lights away so that you can really prepare your body

00:20:14
and your sleep?

00:20:15
And then one thing that we're, we're incorporating more and more is just like

00:20:19
opening up our parasympathetic praying.

00:20:21
And then, as I told you, I'd I'd do that little hack that apparently that didn't know I was

00:20:25
doing, but finding it, like, kind

00:20:27
of a flow state where I have controlled thought going into sleep.

00:20:31
So that's number 1.

00:20:32
Man, mine would be, like, real practical.

00:20:34
It would be, like, if you struggle with meditation or any kind of, like, mindfulness is

00:20:38
using an app, like the the happier app.

00:20:40
That thing has been a game changer for me with, like, my distractibility and, like, just how

00:20:44
easily, like, you know, I I wander off of stuff.

00:20:48
It's guided.

00:20:48
So there's someone on the first few, they kinda talk you through it, and then they, like,

00:20:52
launch you into, like, the peaceful sounds with the beats and the acoustics and stuff.

00:20:56
And it's been that's been next level.

00:20:58
I would say the Happier app is huge.

00:21:00
That's that's number 2.

00:21:01
The Happier app.

00:21:02
Number 3 kinda plays off yours.

00:21:04
I was thinking as you were saying that is, like, having, like, having a routine is good

00:21:09
because then you know what to expect.

00:21:11
It's gonna lower that anxiety.

00:21:13
Right?

00:21:13
Versus, like, you wake up in the morning with no kind of, like, plan.

00:21:17
You instantly, you're kinda fumbling versus, like, you go to bed and you know, hey.

00:21:20
I don't.

00:21:21
Hey.

00:21:21
My first thing tomorrow is 8:30.

00:21:23
So I know if I wanna have, like, some some real time in the morning, I gotta start a little bit

00:21:27
earlier, 6:30, 7 o'clock.

00:21:28
Right?

00:21:29
Versus, like, just waking up and be like, oh, shit.

00:21:31
When's my first thing?

00:21:32
Right?

00:21:32
You know, you're already kind of, like, all over the place.

00:21:35
So I agree.

00:21:37
That's cool.

00:21:37
So I would say then we'll add on.

00:21:39
We'll give a couple bonuses, but 45 would I would say wake up with the intention of, you

00:21:45
know, opening up some scripture.

00:21:47
I don't think your routines need to be I did that once and upon a time.

00:21:50
And to be honest with you, that girl is really old, really quick.

00:21:52
I'm going.

00:21:52
Yeah.

00:21:53
So I think, having a set 20

00:21:54
to 30 minutes

00:21:55
of just ideal, intentional, you know, scripture reading, writing, whether it be journal

00:22:05
writing, whether it be something you're learning or whatever it might be writing things

00:22:08
down.

00:22:09
I always go with the quote, the shortest pencil is longer than the longest memory.

00:22:13
So write things down that, kind of you want to highlight, and then really open it up for a

00:22:18
level of discernment, speak with the father, talk with him, decipher kind of the good and

00:22:23
the bad, the ugly.

00:22:25
But then that, but that spirit of reflection too, on the backside of that, just taking

00:22:29
about, you know, 4 to 5 minutes, if you wanna take a little bit longer, but just having a

00:22:34
reflection period at the end of the day of man, like, it was a good day.

00:22:38
I think when you do some of those things and you start implementing, you'll find out that

00:22:43
very you'll have very few bad days.

00:22:45
Right?

00:22:46
You'll have more great days.

00:22:48
You'll have a lot of good days, and it's just, promoting kind of the direction you wanna go.
