00:00:00
Avis is six months old.
00:00:01
You look freaking awesome.
00:00:02
Like, you you never even had a kid.
00:00:04
So, like, what was that journey like?
00:00:06
I mean, going from full on just working hard, then you have this kind of surprise, I guess.
00:00:11
I've already have a baby that you go through pregnancy.
00:00:14
Then now your baby six months old.
00:00:15
What was the fitness journey of that?
00:00:17
So I've always had my own philosophy around this, and there's a lot of women that feel
00:00:21
different ways.
00:00:22
You know?
00:00:22
Oh, speaking beyond yourself after, and don't feel compelled to get back into it after, and
00:00:29
we're kind of, like, encouragingly Zenas.
00:00:31
Yeah.
00:00:32
It's gonna be
00:00:33
tolerating weakness and tolerating just not getting back on the horse and pack actually
00:00:38
taking care of yourself.
00:00:40
What I will tell you is I just always had this knowing that if I physically can rebound quick
00:00:47
as possible.
00:00:48
It's gonna help me rebound here because this is the thing that a lot of women deal with after
00:00:54
is that postpartum, you know, anxiety to impression, your hormones are everywhere.
00:00:59
And so physically exerting energy, just blowing some steam and getting that out of your system,
00:01:06
it it resets all of that.
00:01:09
Welcome back to the full
00:01:12
welcome.
00:01:13

00:01:40

00:01:43

00:01:44
Noah, how you doing today.
00:01:45
I'm doing great, guys.
00:01:46
Thank you so much for having me.
00:01:47
I'm excited.
00:01:48
We are excited about it.
00:01:50
Yeah.
00:01:50
Lots lots of new things unfolding in my life.
00:01:52
In the last 60 days.
00:01:53
So this is definitely divine timing to come on, and you guys get to be the first ones to
00:01:58
interview me this year.
00:01:59
And Let's go.
00:02:00
I only pray I'll have some more because I have a lot to say.
00:02:04
Yeah.
00:02:04
Oh, yeah.
00:02:05
So, yeah, thanks, guys.
00:02:06
Message.
00:02:06
Yeah.
00:02:07
That's awesome.
00:02:07
That's awesome.
00:02:08
Well, by the way, we stand up, and she's in high heels.
00:02:10
So Yeah.
00:02:11
She's a boss.
00:02:12
This is she's a boss.
00:02:13
She is an absolute baller.
00:02:15
Hey.
00:02:15
Well, you were in the office.
00:02:16
So I think probably 2, 3 weeks ago at this point.
00:02:19
And we had some amazing conversation.
00:02:22
That just, kind of you gave us little bit of backstory, your journey, and then kinda where
00:02:27
you are today.
00:02:29
But we wanted to dig in, right, off the bat a little bit.
00:02:33
You're, you have a podcast chosen, right, and it really is the narrative of that story.
00:02:39
And kind of how you have, are are you refining?
00:02:43
How, we're redeemed, even through, you know, all of our some struggles too.
00:02:48
And then just god how how god's amplifying.
00:02:50
So just share some highlights maybe over the past, I don't know, weeks.
00:02:54
Months, a year is how god has just refined and redeemed you.
00:02:58
Yeah.
00:02:58
So, I gotta give you guys a little context so you understand how I got here.
00:03:03
So I would say most of my life, I was not really a true believer.
00:03:08
So this is gonna just make my story that much more profound to go from a complete non
00:03:13
believer.
00:03:13
And, my husband actually told me recently since I've been on this journey, and he's witnessing
00:03:18
this you know, transfiguration of me.
00:03:22
He said, you know, I don't know if you remember this, but you told me one time that you didn't
00:03:26
believe in heaven.
00:03:27
And I don't even remember that.
00:03:30
And, he actually went into the other room and, like, got really, like, emotional, started
00:03:34
crying, because he's really close to his grandparents, and they all pass, and he really
00:03:42
misses them.
00:03:43
And he's hoping one day that he can be reunited I did with them in in heaven and the kingdom.
00:03:47
And so when I told them that it was just, like, soul crushing, because also in somebody he
00:03:51
loves and he was planning on proposing to me, you know, not too not too long after that.
00:03:56
He's like, holy crap, did I make the wrong decision?
00:03:59
Yeah.
00:04:00
You know?
00:04:00
So, so you know, I started there and then, god has just been, you know, he's omnipresent.
00:04:07
He's everywhere all the time.
00:04:08
He's never not listed He's never not there.
00:04:11
He's eager to, you know, answer our prayers and and meet the desires of our hearts.
00:04:19
And it just took a lot of, a lot of trials and tribulations and going down the wrong paths to
00:04:27
be redirected to him.
00:04:28
So I kinda got to a point in the last couple years where I was really in a place of
00:04:33
desperation.
00:04:34
Constant disappointment, betrayals, just feeling kinda like this lone wolf in life.
00:04:40
And I'm
00:04:41
like, what you know, what what do you want from me?
00:04:43
What what is all this?
00:04:44
Why is all this happening?
00:04:45
And I just kinda seem to get out of this, like, cycle, kept repeating these cycles of Ending up
00:04:50
in the same place, especially around finances and my career.
00:04:54
Mhmm.
00:04:54
Like, I was blessed beyond blessed and abundant in family and support systems and all these
00:05:00
other things, but it's like, this was the one area that I was really strong held.
00:05:04
And the enemy knew it was my weakness so and I kept speaking these things out loud.
00:05:09
So I was giving him the ammunition of where to kind of attack me and keep me keep me where he
00:05:16
wanted me, which was duck.
00:05:17
So in that desperation, I found out I was pregnant right after my honeymoon.
00:05:26
And I was totally not prepared for this.
00:05:28
And my initial reaction was actually I was terrified, which, you know, most women would be
00:05:34
like, what?
00:05:35
And I would kill to be blessed with a a child and all these things.
00:05:38
And
00:05:39
So were you, sorry, were you planning, like, maybe to have a stretch where you weren't
00:05:43
pregnant?
00:05:44
Like, is that was that kind of the mindset?
00:05:45
I always have to ask.
00:05:46
Alright.
00:05:46
Yeah.
00:05:46
Yeah.
00:05:47
Yeah.
00:05:47
I was like, babe, we're gonna wait a year.
00:05:48
Yeah.
00:05:49
You know, let's enjoy our
00:05:50
marriage of travel,
00:05:51
you know.
00:05:52
Let's do our thing.
00:05:53
Yeah.
00:05:53
Yeah.
00:05:53
You know, and that's the thing, guys.
00:05:54
You know, we have our plan, but like, he's laughing up there at us because he's got his
00:05:59
own plan.
00:06:00
That's right.
00:06:01
So, that was that was the defining moment what I realized now.
00:06:06
That was what initiated me into where I'm gonna lead this conversation in a second, but
00:06:12
I
00:06:12
was just at a place financially.
00:06:14
I was like, I have no idea how we're gonna afford to take care of this child.
00:06:17
And I was still kinda stuck in this mode of, like, being independent and not allowing my
00:06:24
husband to be the provider of the house.
00:06:27
And, that, you know, I was trying to heal and break free of that need to be also a
00:06:32
breadwinner in my home, all the time.
00:06:34
You know, I I think, what's beautiful about marriage is that we get to We get to reverse
00:06:41
those roles sometimes because life happens and and we're a team.
00:06:44
And so we gotta be able to carry each other through different seasons.
00:06:47
Yeah.
00:06:48
So, so I just said, god, I have I have nothing to give.
00:06:53
I I have no idea how any of this is gonna work.
00:06:56
We were renting a house at the time.
00:06:58
And I was like, well, we gotta be out of this house.
00:07:01
Our lease was coming up soon.
00:07:02
So now we need to find a house to buy.
00:07:05
Mhmm.
00:07:05
K.
00:07:06
And then you know, there were just so many things that I was like, it looks impossible.
00:07:11
So I said, alright, god.
00:07:12
I literally sat in that moment.
00:07:13
You know, I cried for a few days.
00:07:15
I let it all out, and then I just prayed.
00:07:16
And I was like, I need you to take care of all these things.
00:07:19
And I, like, was at a point of demanding.
00:07:22
Mhmm.
00:07:23
It was
00:07:23
the first time I demanded from God.
00:07:25
I wasn't begging.
00:07:25
I was like, you need to make all these things happen.
00:07:28
Yeah.
00:07:29
You know, and, that was new for me.
00:07:31
So a few months later, This guy moves into our neighborhood, and he owns a contracting
00:07:39
company.
00:07:39
And I walk
00:07:39
every day with my dog and something just prompted me one day.
00:07:43
In March of, last year to just ask him, you know, do you guys have any residential
00:07:49
properties you're building And he said, yeah.
00:07:52
We do, actually.
00:07:52
And I told him at all our criteria, what we were looking for, because I think I've got the
00:07:57
perfect house for you.
00:07:58
Went there, and I immediately knew this was the house.
00:08:01
Like, I just was overcome with a sense of peace and relief and just conviction.
00:08:06
Mhmm.
00:08:06
And even my husband could feel it.
00:08:09
And so we ended up making an offer on this house they ended up giving it to us and the
00:08:14
price range that we were praying for.
00:08:17
Wow.
00:08:17
We ended up getting a mortgage rate, that we that wasn't no one was getting at the time.
00:08:23
I don't even know how we got it.
00:08:24
It was obviously an act of god.
00:08:26
We got an interest rate, and it just all started falling into place.
00:08:30
And so for the first time in my life, you know, this pregnancy that was unexpected, the biggest
00:08:36
thing I could tell you that I learned from this was to trust god's plan for my life and to seek
00:08:43
him as the provider for him to be the one that you get your from and not put your trust in all
00:08:50
these worldly things.
00:08:51
What's in your bank account, you know, what your job's doing or if you even have a job.
00:08:56
Like, I just I totally he was like, you're gripping like this onto all these things and
00:09:01
putting your trust in them.
00:09:02
I need you to put your trust in me.
00:09:03
Let go.
00:09:04
Let go.
00:09:04
Yeah.
00:09:05
And so, like, gradually.
00:09:06
He's like, I gotta do this gently with her because she's gonna lose it and go into the
00:09:10
loony bin.
00:09:11
So gradually, I'm letting go.
00:09:14
And then I just get this place where, you know, a few months before I have Eva, I'm just, like,
00:09:18
so ready, and I just feel joy.
00:09:20
And I just I had more rest than I've ever had.
00:09:22
I didn't feel the need to be doing all these things.
00:09:26
And,
00:09:27
Is there a significance behind Ava?
00:09:29
Is the Then Ava?
00:09:30
Yes.
00:09:30
I mean, is it, like, mean something in particular.
00:09:33
I don't look at it.
00:09:35
So I think of, like, angels, winged 1.
00:09:37
Winged 1.
00:09:38
Okay.
00:09:38
And what's ironic is I actually was on when I was building my baby registry.
00:09:43
And I came across this oil painting.
00:09:45
And it was a woman, and she was holding a baby.
00:09:48
And she had brown hair, like, me and the baby had brown hair, and it had these little angel
00:09:52
wings.
00:09:52
And I was like, I don't know why, but I want that painting.
00:09:55
And so we didn't know we were gonna name parent Ava at the time.
00:09:58
Yeah.
00:09:58
So it was just like, kind of ironic, these little synchronicities, you know.
00:10:02
Yeah.
00:10:02
Yeah.
00:10:03
So
00:10:04
Not coincidence.
00:10:05
Right.
00:10:05
My husband, right, not a coincidence.
00:10:06
Sense.
00:10:07
Right?
00:10:07
It's all god, but, my husband was the one that came up with the name, actually.
00:10:11
Oh, really?
00:10:11
Yeah.
00:10:12
And I was like, Ava, I was like, I really like that.
00:10:15
And, we just we knew.
00:10:17
And we're like, okay, let's keep saying it out loud again and again and again.
00:10:20
Right.
00:10:20
And make sure we like it because we did that with one other name, and hated it after a
00:10:24
few days now.
00:10:25
That's a good idea.
00:10:27
Nice try it out.
00:10:28
Try it out.
00:10:28
Yeah.
00:10:28
Try it out.
00:10:30
So, all this kinda catapulted me to just seeing, okay, god.
00:10:33
What what can we do together next?
00:10:35
And I started getting in this place where I was, like, What would happen if I just gave you
00:10:40
1st place in all aspects of my life, including business?
00:10:45
Mhmm.
00:10:45
Clearly, what I'm doing is not working.
00:10:47
When it comes to business and finances.
00:10:49
So let me let me learn about what you have to say about these things.
00:10:54
And so I started diving into the word.
00:10:56
And actually reading the Bible and and really meditating on different scriptures.
00:11:02
And, a girlfriend of mine at the time had invited to her church called the river.
00:11:06
In revival ministries, it's an international ministry, and these guys are the real deal.
00:11:12
This is an extremely anointed, church, and it was definitely out of my comfort zone the first
00:11:18
time I went there.
00:11:19
I mean, people are speaking in tongues.
00:11:20
Some of them are overcome with the laughing spirit and just like, and, like, it's like,
00:11:25
like, woah.
00:11:26
What is going on?
00:11:27
You know, I woke up
00:11:27
to that a little bit.
00:11:28
I was like, you know, I wasn't fully there yet, but something was, like, propelling me to stay
00:11:35
engaged.
00:11:35
And I was curious.
00:11:36
And I was like, these people seem so happy.
00:11:38
They're dancing.
00:11:40
They don't care what anybody thinks them.
00:11:41
And I was still dealing with, like, self judgment, which we then project on to other
00:11:45
people, so judging others.
00:11:47
I'm like, I don't wanna be like that.
00:11:49
So, I I just stayed committed to going, and this church has changed my life.
00:11:54
It has accelerated me in the last 60 days since I've been going.
00:11:58
I, because of it, I ended up going to healing school, which many of you listening have
00:12:03
probably never heard of that nor even have any idea what that entails that we could totally
00:12:08
die into it.
00:12:09
So I went to healing school for 2 weeks.
00:12:12
I received supernatural physical healing in my body, a complete renewal of my mind.
00:12:16
Mhmm.
00:12:17
And I just felt this joy, this joy that overtook every part of me that I've never
00:12:23
experienced.
00:12:24
And when I reflect back in the last couple of years, I realized, like, the enemy had taken my
00:12:31
joy, and it was keeping me in this very oppressed state of being, like, spiritually.
00:12:37
And emotionally and mentally because they all kind of interconnect with each other.
00:12:42
So I was like, wow.
00:12:44
It just it felt like new life.
00:12:46
It felt like I could see for the first time.
00:12:48
Yeah.
00:12:48
Like, I could hear for the first time.
00:12:50
All my senses were amplified.
00:12:52
Like, tenfold.
00:12:54
Everything was vivid.
00:12:55
So vivid and Chris so clear.
00:12:57
And What
00:12:58
was the separation of time between Ava and, this happening?
00:13:02
So Ava was born in August.
00:13:05
And I started going to the river church in, I would say, October.
00:13:10
Okay.
00:13:11
Okay.
00:13:11
Late October.
00:13:12
Okay.
00:13:13
I've been asked several times, but I I just didn't say yes the first couple of times.
00:13:18
It took her
00:13:19
Yeah.
00:13:19
Weeks to finally get me to show up for it.
00:13:22
So, and then healing school, I just went to, literally, in January, 1st 2 weeks of January.
00:13:30
And then healing school led me to become, water baptized.
00:13:34
So it got water baptized on 11th.
00:13:37
It was huge.
00:13:38
Big decisions.
00:13:39
Some big decisions.
00:13:40
Wanna I wanna double down on you said the word joy.
00:13:42
Right?
00:13:43
And and we love distinguishing between joy and happiness.
00:13:46
And you can tell you are a joyful person just like from knowing you and the interactions we
00:13:50
have here in the office and stuff, you could be having a hundred problems and you're like,
00:13:53
figure it out.
00:13:54
Right?
00:13:54
Like, I'm not.
00:13:54
Yeah.
00:13:54
It's not good.
00:13:55
I'm like,
00:13:55
not great.
00:13:56
Yeah.
00:13:56
Whereas, like, happiness is that, like, do what makes you happy.
00:13:59
Like, you know, Yolo, that whole, like, culture is just toxic, honestly.
00:14:04
And that's what leads people away from joy.
00:14:06
Because they're trying to fill themselves temporarily with this stuff, right,
00:14:10
possessions, material, whereas, like, if you're joyful, that is a state of being not just like
00:14:15
a feeling.
00:14:15
Right?
00:14:15
Yeah.
00:14:16
Yeah.
00:14:16
Joy.
00:14:17
Joy is our strength is what I learned in healing school.
00:14:19
It's your armor.
00:14:20
A heart that is whole and complete and fulfilled and spiritually rich is the medicine
00:14:26
for our body, and there's scripture on this.
00:14:28
There's so many scriptures actually about health and how to achieve it god's way.
00:14:33
Jesus was our example.
00:14:35
He became everything we are.
00:14:37
Mhmm.
00:14:37
So we could become everything he is.
00:14:41
And that's not And that doesn't, you know, exempt, you know, the the abilities he had.
00:14:46
Like, we also can access those abilities of healing people.
00:14:50
Mhmm.
00:14:51
You know,
00:14:56

Check out the optimizers program where we build max muscle, improve longevity, and get guys
00:15:06
freaking shredded that they can crush it at life for as long as possible.
00:15:15
Healing people of incurable things, of physical things.
00:15:20
And I witnessed, and I heard so many testimonies from people that had been healed of
00:15:26
things that the doctors were, like, there's no way this is ever gonna change, and you're gonna
00:15:32
be like this the rest of your life.
00:15:33
Yeah.
00:15:34
You know, things that were, quote unquote, incurable.
00:15:37
These people were leaving healing school and going to their doctors and saying there's no
00:15:42
trace or evidence of this even existing in your body.
00:15:45
Yeah.
00:15:45
Can only be a miracle.
00:15:46
Like Right.
00:15:47
I have goosebumps right now as I'm saying it because, like, these people, they're still in
00:15:51
awe.
00:15:52
And it's like this miracle is happening to you, and you're still in disbelief.
00:15:57
Right.
00:15:57
Yeah.
00:15:58
Yeah.
00:15:58
You know?
00:15:59
And, I said, wow.
00:16:00
I said, you know, I I wanna I wanna do that.
00:16:03
I wanna learn how to access that gift and that power because the holy spirit lives in all of
00:16:07
us.
00:16:07
Like, this is the temple.
00:16:09
This is the house, and that's why what you guys do right, at full fueled is so important is
00:16:14
educating people about the temple, about the body, and, like, how do we, you know, how do we
00:16:19
live long How do we increase the quality of life?
00:16:21
How do we do things in more natural ways, and not just put band aid band aids on things or
00:16:27
just treat the symptom.
00:16:28
Like, let's really get to the root cause of what's going on.
00:16:31
Yeah.
00:16:31
And let's let's nail it and, you know, nip it in the butt.
00:16:34
Yes.
00:16:35
So, it's just been really interesting to learn all these things.
00:16:39
And, you know, I still get people coming up to me saying that you know, just what I'm doing.
00:16:45
It's just, like, they're scared.
00:16:46
They're scared of what I have to say about this and and what I experience because it they just
00:16:52
can't fathom or imagine it's too unbelievable for
00:16:55
them.
00:16:55
Yeah.
00:16:56
Yeah.
00:16:56
You know?
00:16:56
And because
00:16:57
it requires change and people get comfortable being in their position.
00:17:01
Right?
00:17:01
Right.
00:17:01
Even if it's lousy and they're miserable, it's like, wow.
00:17:04
Like, having to embrace change or, like, do some kind of hard hard effort or something
00:17:08
uncomfortable.
00:17:09
Yeah.
00:17:09
Freaks them out.
00:17:10
And and most
00:17:11
people stay still.
00:17:12
You know what's crazy, though?
00:17:13
I asked to get together the other the other day because I wanna go back to something you said
00:17:16
that I thought it was really cool.
00:17:18
That we had, I'm discipling a few guys, on Thursday mornings.
00:17:22
And we had, you had said something specifically, but, taking precedence to that.
00:17:27
Like, one of the things that I I had asked another guy was like, oh, oh, so you're okay
00:17:32
with being average.
00:17:34
Your average.
00:17:34
Right?
00:17:35
Can you audibly say that you're okay with being average?
00:17:38
Like, I am average.
00:17:40
Like, I'm okay with being like, no one wants to hear that.
00:17:42
Right?
00:17:43
You don't physically wants to hear the word.
00:17:45
Wait.
00:17:46
No.
00:17:47
I think I'm a little bit better.
00:17:48
You know what I mean?
00:17:49
Love that.
00:17:49
And so it's something I tell when I'd auto every night, I'm like, I let her finish the
00:17:53
sentence, but I go, Genevieve, nobody is better than you.
00:17:56
Yeah.
00:17:56
And then she tells me back, but I'm not better than anybody And, so it's big.
00:18:01
It's powerful.
00:18:02
She is better than everybody, you know, but no one's better than her.
00:18:05
So it's like this dichotomy we play.
00:18:07
Mhmm.
00:18:08
But, she's chosen.
00:18:09
So I wanna go back to this, right, of, like, when you were talking about your story, there
00:18:14
was a there was a point in time where you demanded from god.
00:18:17
I think this is crucial.
00:18:20
Because I was we're, going through a 40 day prayer challenge with Mike Mark Batterson and
00:18:25
my group.
00:18:25
There was this one guy.
00:18:27
Right?
00:18:27
The reality is there's witch doctors across the world, right,
00:18:30
that
00:18:30
possess this, like, crazy negative energy that they can impose their demons on stuff.
00:18:35
So there was this village.
00:18:36
I think it was in India or something like that.
00:18:38
Where this guy, he had a mainstay, and they were doing some really, really great things.
00:18:42
He was a pastor and a doctor there.
00:18:44
So he was coming in, and he had a ministry for obviously a health and and spiritual.
00:18:50
And, but they had there was a big tree at the middle of in the middle of, middle of this
00:18:55
village.
00:18:56
And it was, just like it produced fruit one time a year, and it was just beautiful and
00:19:01
casted a bunch of shade.
00:19:02
Right?
00:19:02
And people would meet under tree.
00:19:03
So they loved it.
00:19:04
A witch doctor came and saw all the things that were going on, and he cast a spell on the tree,
00:19:09
and the tree died.
00:19:10
It withered.
00:19:10
The whole thing about the, like, the repair towns, right, is doing a circle.
00:19:14
And so this, this pastor came out, and he's like, look, I'm demanding from you god that I'm
00:19:19
drawing a circle around this tree.
00:19:21
And this tree is gonna come back, produce life.
00:19:23
And not only is it gonna produce life, but it's gonna produce twofold.
00:19:27
So he tells the people this.
00:19:29
Right?
00:19:30
He's like, now he's like, now it's not on me.
00:19:33
It's not on me because, yeah, it's my reputation but it now it's, god, it's your
00:19:39
reputation and that I'm putting on the line.
00:19:41
You better make things work.
00:19:42
I'm demanding this to happen.
00:19:44
Right?
00:19:45
So what happens?
00:19:46
The tree, like, blossoms back, and it's the only tree of its kind that produces two times a
00:19:52
year of the fruit.
00:19:53
And
00:19:53
so not only once, but twice.
00:19:55
Wow.
00:19:55
And so it's just the the narrative of the story of, like, there is that point that comes into
00:20:00
people's lives where you demand.
00:20:02
God, it's it's your reputation now.
00:20:05
It's not like it's not on me.
00:20:07
I have full faith in you that you're gonna produce.
00:20:09
So go ahead and produce.
00:20:10
Like, I demand this out of you.
00:20:12
So, anyways, I got a
00:20:13
lot out of that.
00:20:13
What are you saying?
00:20:14
It's perfect that you just said that because what I also learned in healing school is that
00:20:19
what we tend to do is take ownership of things.
00:20:23
It's all on me to make it happen.
00:20:24
It's my responsibility.
00:20:26
We take credit for things of, like, well, you know, it's all my hard work and sacrifice and
00:20:31
dedication and sleepless nights that really got me here.
00:20:35
And nobody's giving god the credit.
00:20:37
We are prideful.
00:20:39
We are self centered.
00:20:39
We are putting ourselves on pedestals.
00:20:40
And all of that is, I mean, it's written about in the Bible of, like, you know, to put
00:20:51
yourself beneath the lord, and to serve him and obey him.
00:20:57
And then and seek him first in all things.
00:20:59
And then everything you want will be added to you in such a better way than the way you're
00:21:04
doing it.
00:21:04
You're you're making life and things so much harder and you're not supposed to take
00:21:10
ownership of these things in your life because your life is not even yours.
00:21:13
You don't own it.
00:21:14
I own everything that is in this world because I breathed and spoke a word and everything was
00:21:20
created, right, in a matter of a couple days all in Genesis.
00:21:22
And so god doesn't want us to own the things and have that responsibility.
00:21:28
Because remember, his burden is, you know, his his yoke is his what what is it?
00:21:33
His burden as It's easy
00:21:34
in his yoke.
00:21:35
Because yoke is easy in his burden is light.
00:21:36
You're gonna have to edit that.
00:21:38
That's real, man.
00:21:39
That's all.
00:21:39
That's yeah.
00:21:40
Yeah.
00:21:40
So Phone
00:21:41
is there.
00:21:41
So, yeah, it's, and he's like, right now, you guys are just making these things so heavy on
00:21:47
you.
00:21:47
He's like, you're meant to be stewards of the things I resource and I equip you with.
00:21:53
You are not it's you're not to take ownership.
00:21:56
So, really, what happened when I demanded that I didn't even realize at the time was I let go
00:22:01
of being the owner.
00:22:03
And I was like, It's on you now.
00:22:05
It's your responsibility.
00:22:07
I'll just steward and go where you say and do what you tell me to do and you know, just I
00:22:13
will follow your lead and man, how liberating that has been for me.
00:22:19
Because I've always been trying to force things, and I'm always the one that's hitting
00:22:23
the rock.
00:22:24
Right?
00:22:25
We're not supposed to hit the rock, right, or hit the mountain or push the mountain or figure
00:22:29
out how to blow the thing up.
00:22:31
Mhmm.
00:22:32
Speak to the mountain.
00:22:34
Speak the word of god.
00:22:36
Over whatever thing seems like you can't overcome it.
00:22:40
You haven't figured out how to and let god do the heavy lifting.
00:22:44
He just wants us to speak.
00:22:46
He doesn't want us to hit.
00:22:48
Yeah.
00:22:48
He doesn't want force.
00:22:50
Right?
00:22:50
Again, back to, you know, my my yoke is easy.
00:22:53
My burden is light.
00:22:55
And and that is just I I I feel like what I'm explaining, I just really paints a nice picture
00:22:58
of that.
00:22:58
Yeah.
00:22:58
So
00:23:02
That's awesome.
00:23:03
That's cool.
00:23:03
Yeah.
00:23:03
And the the being a steward of, like, your body.
00:23:06
Right?
00:23:06
You talk about this all the time.
00:23:07
This guy's the the man when it comes, like, this is our temple.
00:23:10
Like, if we are, if we are, it, you know, if we're overweight and we're letting ourself go
00:23:14
like that, you're doing a disservice to it.
00:23:16
Because then how effective can you be at, you know, spreading the word and And whenever your
00:23:21
your path is that god's laid out for you, that being said, your baby's Ava is six months old.
00:23:27
You look freaking awesome.
00:23:28
Like, you you never like, what was that journey like?
00:23:31
I mean, going from full on just working hard, then you have this kind of surprise, I guess.
00:23:37
I've already I would have a baby that you go through pregnancy then now you're maybe six
00:23:40
months old.
00:23:41
What was the fitness journey in that?
00:23:43
I mean
00:23:43
Yeah.
00:23:44
So I've always had my own philosophy around this, and there's a lot of women that feel
00:23:47
different ways, you know, oh, just be easy on yourself after and don't feel compelled to get
00:23:54
back into it after.
00:23:55
And we're kind of like, encouraging laziness.
00:23:58
Yeah.
00:23:58
It's kinda weak.
00:23:59
Intolerating weakness and tolerating just not getting back on the horse and actually taking
00:24:05
care of your self, what I will tell you is I just always had this knowing that if I
00:24:12
physically can rebound as quick as possible, it's gonna help me rebound here because this is
00:24:18
the thing that a lot of women deal with after is that postpartum, you know, anxiety
00:24:23
depression, your hormones are everywhere.
00:24:26
And so physically exerting
00:24:26
energy, just blowing some steam and
00:24:26
getting that out of your stum, it it resets all of that.
00:24:36
And for me, like, as soon as my OB was like, hey, you have, you know, you're cleared for
00:24:43
your 6 weeks.
00:24:44
You can go work out again.
00:24:45
I was already wanting to do it a week or 2 before.
00:24:48
Obviously, not at full throttle for, you know, my my my pace before that, but I just wanted to
00:24:54
move my body you know, and just start feeling better mentally.
00:25:00
So I just started going back to F Forty Five right away.
00:25:03
That's one of my favorite places.
00:25:05
It's the it's the 1 gym program that's actually it's forced me to be distant.
00:25:12
Because I used to not really work out a whole lot and go to the, you know, like, a gym and
00:25:16
just kinda stand around and be like, what do I do?
00:25:20
But this just really forced me to, like, you know, have, like, a very regimented, consistent
00:25:25
thing.
00:25:26
And it was already planned out for me, and I didn't have to be the spirit on it, and there's
00:25:30
trainers in it that'll come and fix your form.
00:25:33
So I just started going back.
00:25:34
I started being really mindful and conscious of what I was eating because I was breastfeeding
00:25:39
at the time, and breastfeeding definitely helps with losing that weight pretty quickly.
00:25:44
I know noticed.
00:25:45
I only could make it to about 3 months with that, but I'm happy that I even got that far.
00:25:50
Yeah.
00:25:51
Because they a lot of people say it's easier, but in some ways, it's harder because it it
00:25:56
requires a greater demand every couple of hours from from the baby and, you know, sleep is so
00:26:02
important too.
00:26:03
Oh, it's insane.
00:26:04
You know, I said if I'm gonna be the best version of myself for Ava, I I need to also
00:26:09
prioritize a little bit of sleep.
00:26:11
Yeah.
00:26:12
You know?
00:26:12
And some people say, well, it's not the time for you to put your sell first or any of those
00:26:16
things.
00:26:16
And I think that's so backwards.
00:26:18
It's like, your kids are imprinting upon you right now.
00:26:21
This is the most critical time in their emotional mental development, and they are
00:26:27
observing everything you do.
00:26:29
They can feel things that are going on with you.
00:26:32
And if I'm not okay, then that's gonna mess her up in the long term and, you know, long term.
00:26:37
And it's the 1st 5 years of life where most kids get their trauma.
00:26:41
I don't know if you guys know that.
00:26:42
Yeah.
00:26:43
Yeah.
00:26:43
1st 5 years is where they learn these things that they carry with them after, and they're
00:26:48
like, You know what?
00:26:49
I don't really know why I I'm like that or where this anxiety comes from or where this
00:26:53
comes from.
00:26:54
And it comes from when they were imprinting on the behaviors of their parents or the emotional
00:26:59
state of the parents.
00:27:01
So I was just really mindful of that.
00:27:03
And I was like, I wanna, you know, I wanna create and help build up this incredible human
00:27:10
being.
00:27:11
And, I gotta make sure that I'm good.
00:27:14
And I'm okay.
00:27:15
Yeah.
00:27:16
And we can't feel guilty about that.
00:27:18
That's the
00:27:18
other thing.
00:27:18
There's so much mom guilt out there.
00:27:20
Mhmm.
00:27:20
You
00:27:20
gotta let that go.
00:27:23
Because of the reasons that I've just stated.
00:27:26
So just a culmination of those couple of things have really gotten me here.
00:27:30
And, obviously, you know, realizing that the healthier I am, the more I'm able to actually
00:27:36
channel Mhmm.
00:27:36
The holy spirit and the more spiritually rich IV come, they go hand in hand.
00:27:42
Yeah.
00:27:43
So Jim quick, I think, says, when the when the body moves to mind grooves
00:27:47
Mhmm.
00:27:47
And they're like that.
00:27:48
That's so true.
00:27:49
Yes.
00:27:50
Good.
00:27:50
Like, whenever you choose to, like, move the body, the mind's just naturally gonna build
00:27:54
that momentum along.
00:27:55
Right.
00:27:55
And how are you?
00:27:55
That's where I believe the, like, the spirit The Spirit lives directly within that.
00:27:59
Also, quick plug.
00:28:00
Noel works out at 45 Tampa Heights.
00:28:03
She's like the new Trissa's brand ambassador for, for an application.
00:28:08
She's my girl.
00:28:08
I won't get into it.
00:28:09
Tomorrow, girl.
00:28:11
So new now, baby.
00:28:14
Was like a commercial where that's too tough.
00:28:15
I love it.
00:28:16
But what
00:28:17
I was gonna say is, like, you're talking about, like, people are like, oh, it's selfish to try
00:28:20
to optimize your sleep while your baby, you know, for your it's like, How are you supposed
00:28:24
to operate and be present for your kid?
00:28:26
So my my boys, I had twin boys.
00:28:28
When they were born, they were colicky.
00:28:30
They, like, didn't sleep more like 30 minutes at a time.
00:28:32
Yeah.
00:28:32
I was so strung out.
00:28:33
And so then then my anxiety starts rubbing off on them and they're they were anxious babies.
00:28:37
Like, you could tell.
00:28:38
They were,
00:28:38
like, very Frightened.
00:28:40
Yeah.
00:28:40
And so it's like as soon as we could, like, start dialing in sleep, we got them sleep
00:28:43
trained or whatever, everything changed.
00:28:45
And so it's like, you have to be healthy to be healthy for your kid.
00:28:48
Yeah.
00:28:48
So that's that's one thing that I just, I love the topic.
00:28:52
So I was listening to a podcast.
00:28:53
I forget how long ago.
00:28:54
It honestly might have been, like, a
00:28:56
year ago.
00:28:56
Yeah.
00:28:56
I forget the woman's name that was listed.
00:28:58
Ed Mylett was, interviewing her, but she was talking about the epigenetic and post genetic
00:29:03
environment of a child.
00:29:05
And so I I tell a bunch of guys this when he they have, like, a pregnant wife or pregnant
00:29:10
girlfriend or whatever.
00:29:12
Like, it the epigenetic piece of, like, how I am physically treating.
00:29:17
I didn't learn this until my second child.
00:29:19
So I was like, Woah.
00:29:21
I'm like, that's crazy.
00:29:22
But, like, the epigenetic environment, you're, obviously, your hormones are just all over the
00:29:27
place because you're obviously feeding you know, the nucleus of your, you know, you're
00:29:31
feeding an infantile that's in your womb.
00:29:33
Right?
00:29:34
Yeah.
00:29:34
So, in that epigenetic environment, like, the reality is is that the different different
00:29:41
emotions that we are corresponding with from just human energy.
00:29:44
Right.
00:29:46
To my wife, You are directly channeling that now to a fetus.
00:29:50
Yeah.
00:29:51
So, like, if you're tense, just raking
00:29:54
all the time.
00:29:54
Her feelings are not the biggest Yeah.
00:29:55
But now the baby's feelings.
00:29:57
And and so because the you're not, you know, even though we have a birthday, really your
00:30:02
conceptions, your birthday, because the reality is you're feeding this child, right, that then
00:30:07
then when your brain and brain is kinda formed, it's being fed along the way.
00:30:11
So this epigenetic piece of it's it's either intense environment or a very loving
00:30:16
environment or whatever.
00:30:17
Whatever you're you know, what you can put more of is the most benefit that the baby's gonna
00:30:21
get out of it.
00:30:22
Then, obviously, it's then they live in a post genetic world.
00:30:26
So now they're seeing and perceiving and feeling, and they're in this, like, fighter
00:30:29
flight state immediately when they come out, and they're figuring things out.
00:30:33
And so we've I we've even seen that obviously with three girls now.
00:30:36
You have a seven year old who's like this freaking type a stressed out when Genevieve,
00:30:42
like, well, she's doing something with her, sisters.
00:30:46
She's like, she's real right right up in there.
00:30:49
Right?
00:30:50
Whereas, like, Molina, she's like, I'll figure it out.
00:30:53
It's all good.
00:30:54
Yeah.
00:30:55
No.
00:30:56
Don't need to listen to too.
00:30:57
Like, going over here.
00:30:59
And then, Emory, if she could crawl back in my wife's womb, she would right now.
00:31:03
Like, she is so attached.
00:31:04
To Yeah.
00:31:05
My wife.
00:31:06
But, like, this this post genetic world on how they're they're kind of a, like, relationship
00:31:11
with people is is kind of evolving, but it's such a beautiful thing to see when you can
00:31:16
understand, like, oh, this was, I think Malcolm Gladwell talks about this the the tipping point
00:31:23
too, where we we were born to in, like, time.
00:31:27
Like, people have are perceiving the post genetic world in, like, a world where two era,
00:31:33
completely different than us and the, like, the dot com and now, like, postmodern society of
00:31:39
how we just have all this social influence all the time with, like, a 100 different voices
00:31:45
coming out to you and you try to figure things out.
00:31:47
Yes.
00:31:48
Yeah.
00:31:48
We're completely overstimulated, especially entrepreneurs, business owners.
00:31:53
It's like, what mentor do we invest in?
00:31:55
Have I invested enough money?
00:31:57
There's all these you know, there's all these ways in which people say you gotta do something
00:32:03
in order to achieve what they've achieved, but the thing is is we're all meant to you know,
00:32:09
carve our own path and do things in a way that honors just the way god designed us to be.
00:32:13
Yeah.
00:32:13
And who It could be a road map for somebody else, but it doesn't mean just because that's
00:32:20
how you got somewhere that that's the only way that someone can, you know, get to success or
00:32:27
whatever.
00:32:27
So, I always say just ask god what's the way for you.
00:32:33
You know, with success and all these things, and you won't you won't have to deal with the
00:32:38
overstimulation and the bombardment because you're tuning into one voice.
00:32:41
Yeah.
00:32:41
For sure.
00:32:42
And it's the voice that's gonna lead to greener pastures, prosperity, abundance, peace, love,
00:32:47
all the things we all want.
00:32:49
God doesn't promise happiness.
00:32:51
That's where we go wrong.
00:32:52
There's no this pursuit of happiness is a bunch of BS.
00:32:54
That's not
00:32:55
in the Bible.
00:32:55
That's right.
00:32:56
Yeah.
00:32:56
Yeah.
00:32:56
It's not in the Bible.
00:32:57
It the pursuit of peace and security in abundance, and god is the source that provides
00:33:02
those things.
00:33:03
I
00:33:03
just had a segue off the overstimulation.
00:33:06
Yeah.
00:33:06
No.
00:33:06
Yeah.
00:33:06
It
00:33:07
sounds like I feel like that's just so relevant to that because For sure.
00:33:10
I feel like someone needs to hear that so they can be like, oh.
00:33:12
I mean, we don't have to all the time, like, that we're just, like, so distracted.
00:33:16
Like, right?
00:33:17
Like, and so the way I see it is, like, when you're on your phone, like, you're, like, it's
00:33:20
like you're living through this, like, cloud lens.
00:33:22
Mhmm.
00:33:22
You can't even take in what's around you.
00:33:23
Like, you could be in a waiting room somewhere staring at your phone, and someone could be,
00:33:27
like, choking on the ground over there.
00:33:29
Most people, like, wouldn't even see You know what I mean?
00:33:31
Because they're so, like, laser focused into this thing.
00:33:34
It's like
00:33:34
My wife called me out last night.
00:33:36
I was at home.
00:33:37
And
00:33:37
I called you.
00:33:38
Freaking, I was doing something because, like, I was like, oh, I I can get a few things done.
00:33:43
Her family's here, whatever.
00:33:45
And she's like, babe, we don't want the least of you.
00:33:47
Like, we don't want the remnants, babe.
00:33:50
And, Next, Kelly.
00:33:51
Good luck, Kelly.
00:33:52
Yeah.
00:33:53
Call me out.
00:33:54
Like, call me out because, I mean, that that that is the reality.
00:33:57
You just get caught up in the scene.
00:33:58
And then Right.
00:33:59
Where does Joy come from?
00:34:00
And that stems this morning.
00:34:02
Something I was talking about is, like, if you can truly be present, like, presence is where
00:34:08
joy lies.
00:34:09
Mhmm.
00:34:10
It's not anywhere else.
00:34:11
It's not in the future.
00:34:12
It's not in the past.
00:34:13
It's now.
00:34:14
It's now.
00:34:14
Like, right now.
00:34:17
Like, that's the only that's the only place you honestly can be, like, truly happy as if you're
00:34:22
truly present, and you can experience that level of a joy.
00:34:25
That's nice.
00:34:26
Powerful.
00:34:27
Yeah.
00:34:27
Speaking about that.
00:34:28
What's the, female powerhouse project?
00:34:35

00:35:00
Head on over to nude up dot com to experience these benefits for yourself and live beyond
00:35:04

00:35:08
So this is kinda where I started my whole entrepreneur business career.
00:35:13
It's the 1st company I ever started And the intention at the time was to just create a
00:35:19
sense of community that I wasn't seeing out there.
00:35:22
Beautiful.
00:35:22
I was
00:35:22
like, I don't see anything like this.
00:35:24
And so god was like, well, create it.
00:35:28
I was like, okay.
00:35:29
So I'm gonna create it.
00:35:31
So I actually, in the middle of COVID in July of 2020 at the peak of panic and the world's
00:35:37
ending and zombie apocalypse and no one knew what to believe, and everyone was fighting with
00:35:42
each other and It's just that this is where our country really became divided.
00:35:46
Is that that was kind of the that was the tipping point.
00:35:49
The plan.
00:35:49
Yeah.
00:35:49
And, I made a decision that was extremely unconventional made no sense.
00:35:55
And I said, you know what?
00:35:56
I'm gonna walk away from this medical sales career that I've just spent, you know, 7, 8
00:36:03
years, you know, giving my life to.
00:36:05
And I remember my family and everyone.
00:36:08
They're like, are you sure about this?
00:36:09
And I was like, no.
00:36:10
Of course, I'm not sure.
00:36:12
But something is calling me.
00:36:14
There was something in my spirit that was, like, just do it.
00:36:19
Yeah.
00:36:19
And I've never had that kind of courage before.
00:36:21
And so I left.
00:36:23
And I started, did my first event, and I said, what a better place to do the first event than
00:36:28
my hometown.
00:36:30
So people could really see me in this new, you know, this new light and sold it out.
00:36:35
Gave, you know, my first ever motivational talk.
00:36:38
And, from there, I started, hosting events, selling them out.
00:36:42
I had women from 18 to six years old in the room, which is you you don't see that.
00:36:47
Yeah.
00:36:47
That's cool.
00:36:48
So I'm like, there's something here that I'm on to.
00:36:51
And so I just kept doing that a, did, some other speaking engagements for some other
00:36:57
things, and I started coaching.
00:37:00
Always women were so inspired about all these things I was doing.
00:37:04
And they were like, hey.
00:37:05
Can you mentor me?
00:37:06
I'm like, I'm not a coach.
00:37:08
So what I did is I started referring them to my co trends.
00:37:11
And then something started not feeling right about that.
00:37:14
I'm like, something's off here.
00:37:15
I kinda feel like I'm doing them a disservice.
00:37:17
Yeah.
00:37:17
They clicked with you.
00:37:18
They clicked with me, and now I'm just, like, shoving them off to someone else.
00:37:22
And so I prayed about it.
00:37:24
And I was like, is this part of my path?
00:37:27
And god was like, yeah.
00:37:29
So I launched my first program.
00:37:32
I ended up selling it out in literally 2 days.
00:37:35
I had no idea what I was doing.
00:37:37
It was like, a blind leading the blind, but you kinda just sometimes gotta jump in the fire and
00:37:42
you figure it out.
00:37:43
And then it'd be it'd end up being, those three women actually still today are some of my
00:37:48
biggest supporters, because of the transformation they had from that initial pilot
00:37:54
group that I coach.
00:37:56
So Then I launched a podcast under that name.
00:37:59
But the again, it just it was like god is saying you're meant to use your voice.
00:38:05
One of your greatest gifts, and you are a natural born leader.
00:38:09
I've always known.
00:38:10
I've I've always been the one to be like, I'll do it.
00:38:13
I'll lead.
00:38:13
I'll step up.
00:38:14
Let me just handle it.
00:38:16
Like, I've always been always been that way.
00:38:18
And so I started the podcast, maybe prematurely, got my foot wet, And I was talking
00:38:24
about things at the time that were, like, human design and astrology and a lot of things like
00:38:28
you were talking about that's really talking about the self.
00:38:32
And
00:38:32
Mhmm.
00:38:32
You know, not even giving any direction towards god.
00:38:35
It was just everything toxic about culture today.
00:38:40
So I ended up not being consistent.
00:38:42
I couldn't get past my 8th episode.
00:38:44
I just, like, stopped.
00:38:47
And I was like, I don't know why, but I just can't come up with content.
00:38:51
It's just not flowing.
00:38:52
And now I know why it's because I wasn't supposed to speak about those things.
00:38:56
Yeah.
00:38:57
Now I'm actually talking about what I need to talk about, and god is now raising me up.
00:39:04
And so I have I have so much to say.
00:39:07
Like, I I actually can't run out of ideas now.
00:39:10
Yeah.
00:39:10
It just flows and it's on demand and it just comes through.
00:39:13
And sometimes I say things and I'm what?
00:39:15
Like, where did that come from?
00:39:17
You know?
00:39:17
And that's how you know, that's confirmation that it's from god.
00:39:21
Like, this, like, this is the time now I need you to double down on your voice in 2024.
00:39:27
And, that's what I've done.
00:39:29
So female powerhouse, I buried it.
00:39:31
That's the old me.
00:39:32
I'm reborn now, and this podcast is a is a reflection of that.
00:39:36
That's awesome.
00:39:37
And so that's a very faith focused podcast, also about business, you know, biblical
00:39:43
principles and integrating them into business and then also motherhood because I I do believe
00:39:49
become a mother for the first time is so spiritual and is definitely one of the closest
00:39:55
times you ever field God, especially in that birthing experience.
00:39:58
Yeah.
00:39:59
So, it's just it's kinda cool how all this just kinda came full circle and, led me to
00:39:59
hear now, but, so grateful for female powerhouse.
00:40:09
It's always gonna have a sweet spot in my heart.
00:40:11
I still have, like, my original hat that I got printed and people still wrap the gear and It's
00:40:16
great.
00:40:16
I don't have any hate for it, but, it's, it's kinda it's my baby, and it's what it's what
00:40:20
perpetuated me to to this place today.
00:40:26
And you gotta know where you came from.
00:40:27
I think I've actually this is deja vu for me, but you've gotta know where you came from to
00:40:31
know where you're going.
00:40:32
Right?
00:40:32
Never forget.
00:40:32
You forget about the what did Micah who we had on our show.
00:40:36
Micah Lesertes said, I was in the attic.
00:40:37
Right?
00:40:37
He's like, I gotta remember that addict when I'm living in
00:40:37
the mansion.
00:40:37
Right?
00:40:37
It's like the African addict is what that's where you started.
00:40:44
Oh, that's some
00:40:44
of the happiest places.
00:40:45
That's right.
00:40:45
And there's places to take me back to reality.
00:40:45
You know?
00:40:45
So many.
00:40:45
Yeah.
00:40:45
Yeah.
00:40:45
Yeah.
00:40:45
I can find joy when I when I'm
00:40:52
like, do I get myself into that state of joy again?
00:40:54
And you just think about a couple of memories where you felt the most joy.
00:40:54
Yeah.
00:40:54
And then you just meditate on that and boom, you're
00:40:54
back in that state.
00:41:02
So some of those moments in my female powerhouse project days, really helped me tap
00:41:08
into that,
00:41:08
for sure.
00:41:09
And so now the the podcast is chosen.
00:41:11
Just chosen podcasts.
00:41:13
I love that.
00:41:14
I love that.
00:41:14
I love that.
00:41:14
Yeah.
00:41:15
And my light actually had us do something about that too.
00:41:17
Like, we had a in to go back to our highlight reel.
00:41:20
He calls it the highlight reel.
00:41:20
Yeah.
00:41:20
And, before he actually, he goes up on stage.
00:41:20
He'll he'll, like, run through his highlight
00:41:27
reel.
00:41:28
It'll be like, bah bah bah bah bah bah
00:41:29
bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah
00:41:30
bah bah bah bah because you build momentum off that.
00:41:31
Right?
00:41:31
So, like,
00:41:31
if you go back
00:41:31
So, like, like, if you go back.
00:41:32
Let's get it.
00:41:32
I love that.
00:41:32
I love that.
00:41:32
I love that.
00:41:34
I love that.
00:41:34
Yeah.
00:41:34
Yeah.
00:41:34
Yeah.
00:41:34
I love that.
00:41:34
Yeah.
00:41:34
I love that.
00:41:35
Yeah.
00:41:37
So, like, as you're doing it, and, like, I had to mine are just a lot of sports naturally.
00:41:41
I played a lot of sports growing up.
00:41:43
And so I literally, like, this is what I do, part of, like, my highlight reel, but my
00:41:48
highlight reel goes, like, me in 7th grade.
00:41:51
I hit 12, 3 pointers in a game.
00:41:52
I was just in Fuego.
00:41:54
And I just People
00:41:55
don't forget.
00:41:55
I remember it, like, very clearly, but then, like, high
00:41:59
school is the same thing that I met with my wife.
00:42:01
And so then these things that you can just, like, tap into Yeah.
00:42:03
That create and nurture that level of momentum that that know
00:42:09
you are chosen.
00:42:09
Everyone has chosen.
00:42:09
Right?
00:42:09
So, like, that's how I go into it.
00:42:09
Like, I just tap into that highlight
00:42:10
reel and be like, dude, I got Dude, I'm chosen today.
00:42:20
He let me wake up today.
00:42:21
I'm chosen.
00:42:22
Yeah.
00:42:23
It's possible.
00:42:23
And the and
00:42:24
the podcast actually is based off a scripture in the book of Matthew.
00:42:24
That's really where I've been.
00:42:28
Very focused his book of Matthew.
00:42:30
And, it's a scripture 2214, and it says for many are called but fewer chosen.
00:42:37
So everyone's got an invitation.
00:42:37
Yeah.
00:42:37
But what differentiates the 2
00:42:37
is that you willingly say yes to god's
00:42:46
call for your life.
00:42:46
Mhmm.
00:42:46
You not only accept the invitation.
00:42:46
You show up Mhmm.
00:42:47
To the events.
00:42:53
And you stay you stay the whole time.
00:42:56
Yeah.
00:42:56
You don't leave early.
00:42:57
You're there.
00:42:57
You're fully committed.
00:42:57
You're all in.
00:43:00
And you're obedient.
00:43:02
God wants our obedience.
00:43:02
So that is where I'm like, okay.
00:43:03
Well, I'm
00:43:03
kind of in this discipleship now.
00:43:09
With Jesus.
00:43:10
And I've just been learning about his story in actually 2 weeks after I landed on the name and
00:43:17
got convicted in a show came out at Angel Studios called The Chosen.
00:43:20
Yeah.
00:43:20
And I go, this is total confirmation, and it's all about Jesus leading up to his cruise and
00:43:28
resurrection and all
00:43:28
that stuff.
00:43:28
They're coming out with the next season.
00:43:28
And actually, I think
00:43:28
today it comes out.
00:43:28
So I will be watching it.
00:43:28
It's a good show.
00:43:28
But that show chain that show also accelerated me.
00:43:39
I didn't I didn't really know Jesus like that, and I didn't have a love for him yet.
00:43:43
And this just made me just fall to my knees and just fall in love with this human.
00:43:50
And this example of just how to walk through, you know, this this worldly life, which there's
00:43:57
a lot of darkness.
00:43:58
And and so how do you be a life full of valleys of darkness.
00:44:02
And Jesus was that example.
00:44:03
So now I'm like, in this discipleship with him, you know, of my own will.
00:44:03
I'm like, Well, that's what I'm calling it.
00:44:10
It's a discipleship.
00:44:11
I love that.
00:44:11
Yeah.
00:44:12
And so that's really a little more context on the name and where it came from.
00:44:15
And then I just kept hearing it in something what sparked inside me chosen chosen.
00:44:20
And, I guess that you guys will be the first ones I tell us too, but I'm actually writing a
00:44:26
book.
00:44:26
If there's somebody
00:44:29
that I trust with my absolute life, it's doctor Alfred Olesey.
00:44:37
I'm telling you, I perform at the highest level because of Olesey functional health.
00:44:44
Not only does he have prominent chiropractic care, but he has new soft wave technology that
00:44:49
allows to optimize my performance in my game.
00:44:52
And keep me going strong all day every day.
00:44:55
And if you're in the
00:44:56
Tampa area, I highly advise you to click on the
00:44:56
link below and book your appointment today at alessifunctionalhealth.com.
00:45:08
Was actually, I was, you had mentioned that to me.
00:45:10
So that was gonna be my next question.
00:45:12
So Yeah.
00:45:12
Go ahead.
00:45:13
Yeah.
00:45:13
So,
00:45:15
I've started writing it.
00:45:16
And actually, yesterday, I had an experience with a girlfriend who's not yet saved.
00:45:20
And I said, you know what?
00:45:22
Let me pray for her and suggest I've never suggested that to her.
00:45:27
And the encounter was just like, wow.
00:45:30
Because a few hours later, she sent me a real from another podcast, it's very faith based.
00:45:36
And she started asking questions, and I'm like, wow.
00:45:39
I had a breakthrough to
00:45:40
You got a little
00:45:41
Oh, and I got thin shells.
00:45:42
Yeah.
00:45:42
And so all of a sudden, god's, like, write this down.
00:45:45
And I wrote three pages yesterday, just, like, started coming out of me.
00:45:49
And those are three pages that are gonna be in the book.
00:45:52
So I know the book's coming, but I don't think I'm gonna end up releasing it probably later to
00:45:55
later this year because what I have in my Instagram handle right now is showing you what
00:46:03
happens when you give god 1st place in your life.
00:46:06
And so right now, I'm I'm walking through that, and we haven't even seen, like, what is gonna
00:46:13
happen.
00:46:13
And and I know it's gonna be mind blowing.
00:46:16
So I'm like, let me show you.
00:46:18
Let me lead the way.
00:46:19
Let me show you when you finally make this decision, what god's gonna do, and what he's
00:46:22
gonna move in your life.
00:46:24
Mhmm.
00:46:25
So the book is probably also gonna be called Chosen.
00:46:28
I've been, like, praying on the name, but I got I gotta just stay consistent with it because
00:46:33
Good for marketing, to be honest.
00:46:34
Yeah.
00:46:36
I keep going to say.
00:46:37
Yeah.
00:46:38
That being said, funny story, man.
00:46:40
I don't I don't I think you're the only one who knows this.
00:46:42
She's a woman.
00:46:43
She's a woman.
00:46:44
You call her man.
00:46:46
I just I call everyone a man, by
00:46:47
the way.
00:46:47
I call
00:46:47
my mom man.
00:46:48
I'm like, hey.
00:46:48
What's up, man?
00:46:49
What's up?
00:46:49
What's up?
00:46:49
I was like, alright.
00:46:50
Alright.
00:46:51
Alright.
00:46:51
But, a funny story.
00:46:53
So when we came up with the name for our got weird.
00:46:55
God annoying it as well.
00:46:57
I know it might seem weird.
00:46:58
Full fueled, like, what I've got.
00:47:00
And my prayer was literally, we were going to play golf.
00:47:02
And we had just had some really cool, like, conversation and and I'm just, like, trying to
00:47:07
come up with a name in my head.
00:47:08
I'm just thinking thinking thinking, I'm like, god, this is probably not even on your radar.
00:47:12
So you don't care all the baby by podcast.
00:47:15
But if you wanna give me something in, like, I'm listening, and then I started just typing
00:47:19
stuff on my phone notes and full field came out.
00:47:21
Fall.
00:47:22
I love it.
00:47:23
I was like,
00:47:23
I love it too.
00:47:24
Let's roll.
00:47:25
And then that was the birth of it, man.
00:47:27
It's super, super cool.
00:47:28
Yeah.
00:47:29
Well, I mean, the intention to life is to be fulfilled.
00:47:32
Right?
00:47:32
And how did you get abundantly filled?
00:47:34
And so that's why we operate off of our pillars within full field.
00:47:37
Transitioning in just a little bit here because I do you have do you have another event?
00:47:40
Are you putting on another event here soon?
00:47:43
So I'm actually, I was invited
00:47:44
to an event called building
00:47:44
a boss summit.
00:47:45
It's happening here in Tampa, at a location over in Waterside.
00:47:52
Okay.
00:47:52
And, there's gonna be a panel of speakers.
00:47:55
I'm on their power panel.
00:47:57
But
00:47:57
this is the first time I'm speaking on a stage in almost 2 years.
00:48:01
Okay.
00:48:01
And, obviously, I'm speaking on a stage for the first time as a woman of god.
00:48:06
And, so.
00:48:07
And a mother.
00:48:08
And a mother.
00:48:09
Yeah.
00:48:10
And just so many new things.
00:48:11
And so I feel like this is my big, you know, coming out, reveal.
00:48:16
And, I'm actually one of the only speakers that is going to be faith focused in her her
00:48:23
bounces.
00:48:23
So I've been praying for everyone that's gonna be in attendance there.
00:48:27
I've been praying for the panel, and I really wanna see a move of god while I'm in there.
00:48:32
I I want him to use me and do some things that people leave, and they're like, yo, that girl,
00:48:38
is anointed and appointed, and I wanna learn more.
00:48:43
And I wanna get the keys or access whatever she guy.
00:48:46
I wanna I wanna get on the train that she's on because that's really my my whole goal.
00:48:51
I don't really care what I say.
00:48:52
It's so much How am I gonna move people or in impacts them or touch them while I'm there?
00:48:58
Mhmm.
00:48:58
And how can I elevate god's name?
00:49:00
I'm not here to elevate my name anymore.
00:49:02
I'm here to elevate hit I'm just an extension of his hand.
00:49:06
And so, I know it's part of that whole submission.
00:49:10
And I'm really starting to understand what that means that not it's not weakness, it's
00:49:14
strength.
00:49:15
I think a lot of women have a problem with that.
00:49:17
And, it's, it's, again, the most liberating thing is to just be in that posh of submission
00:49:23
and let your father, your creator lead you.
00:49:24
It's just Yeah.
00:49:24
It's it's it's unreal.
00:49:31
And hopefully people, you know, in that, will be able to see the the lord working through
00:49:35
you.
00:49:35
Right?
00:49:35
That's the whole world that's living as an image.
00:49:37
Yeah.
00:49:38
Right.
00:49:38
Man, this was this was a really great conversation.
00:49:41
I got a couple things I I just wanna ask you, obviously, before we wrap up.
00:49:45
1, where can people learn about you, find you online, you know, Instagram website, all that
00:49:50
kind of stuff?
00:49:51
Yeah.
00:49:51
So I don't have website yet.
00:49:54
But I'm on Instagram, which, I'll give you guys to include in the show notes for this.
00:49:58
The other place is just follow my podcast.
00:50:00
I'm on Apple and Spotify.
00:50:02
I'll also give you guys the link for that.
00:50:04
And those are kind of my hangout spots right now.
00:50:06
I'm considering getting, YouTube going.
00:50:06
I've gotten 3 different,
00:50:14
Blake's your guy.
00:50:14
So Kinda nudges to get on there.
00:50:14
And I'm like, alright.
00:50:14
Maybe god god wants me on YouTube.
00:50:19
I don't know why.
00:50:20
But if he says go there, I'm gonna
00:50:22
go there.
00:50:22
Big platform.
00:50:23
Yeah.
00:50:23
Big platform.
00:50:24
Right now, that's it.
00:50:25
Like, I it's it's interesting.
00:50:27
In any other time in my life, I would have told you, oh, I've got this website and a fancy
00:50:31
landing page and all these things, and I've got these services.
00:50:33
And I just don't feel I don't feel the need to sell anything.
00:50:38
I'm like, god gave me so much freely.
00:50:39
I need to also give freely.
00:50:39
And then trust him to provide in whatever ways he's gonna provide.
00:50:47
So I have no idea how I'm gonna make money from any of the things I'm doing that are my
00:50:51
calling.
00:50:53
You know, I have a full time job that I work and that creates some sense of security and
00:50:58
allows me to, you know, pour into my calling and to be able to do that without having to
00:51:04
worry about money or have a fear of any of that.
00:51:06
But That's
00:51:07
the entrepreneur hustle right there, right, having Right.
00:51:09
A job to support your job.
00:51:10
Like Right.
00:51:11
Right.
00:51:12
So right now, it's like the book.
00:51:14
I know.
00:51:15
And I know the podcast, and those are the two places I hang out so people can DM me.
00:51:20
I'm really open to speaking to people.
00:51:23
I'm not just gonna, like, blow you off in a lot of people.
00:51:25
They, you know, they get these big egos and they don't take the time to respond to people,
00:51:30
but I love having conversations and connecting with people.
00:51:33
So those are my hangout spots
00:51:35
right now.
00:51:36
It's Noelle C Rodriguez on Instagram.
00:51:39
Yeah.
00:51:39
Noelle is spelled n o e l l e c Rodriguez.
00:51:42
Just wanna make sure everyone has that people are listening.
00:51:45
So Thank you.
00:51:45
And then chosen podcast, book coming soon.
00:51:49
So don't hold your breath, but it's coming.
00:51:52
I got one more question.
00:51:53
This is what I always ask guests, and I'm really excited about your response.
00:51:57
Full fueled means living your life optimized in all areas.
00:52:00
Right?
00:52:01
You're that you're fully fueled in this context, fully fueled to to work for the lord.
00:52:05
Right?
00:52:06
And to follow the path.
00:52:07
Our our, pillars are fuel, movement, sleep, mind, spirit, and work.
00:52:13
Right?
00:52:13
And if you have all those optimized, you are fully fueled.
00:52:15
Right.
00:52:16
What does living fully fueled look like for Noel Rodriguez?
00:52:19
Being spiritually rich.
00:52:21
The richest, we've we've placed our concept of richness and monetary things and material
00:52:26
possessions and money.
00:52:28
But when you're rich in the spirit and the holy ghost, I mean, you're you're richer than any
00:52:33
billionaire on the planet.
00:52:35
You're richer than Bill Gates.
00:52:36
You're richer than all of them.
00:52:37
Those people are spiritually broke And so if you really wanna reach your peak potential and
00:52:42
live a fully fueled life, you gotta get the anointing over your life, god's favor, and all
00:52:50
those other things, all your other pill pillars will follow in suit.
00:52:54
I think it starts with the spirit you gotta it's an inside out job.
00:52:58
Right?
00:52:59
And when you get filled with the spirit, it Romans 12 twos your mind, a complete renewal of
00:53:04
the mind, Right?
00:53:05
They go hand in hand, but we can't start here.
00:53:08
We have to start in the spirit because the mind is it's, you know, it's where a lot of us get
00:53:14
trapped.
00:53:14
It's like a maze that has no exit.
00:53:17
So Yeah.
00:53:17
If we wanna break free of a lot of those strongholds and, you know, toxic thoughts and
00:53:22
things like that, then we've gotta get this right first.
00:53:26
So
00:53:27
That was awesome.
00:53:28
She pointed to her gut for the spirit too.
00:53:30
Yeah.
00:53:30
I was all wearing the spirit.
00:53:31
I always felt like but he stinks his gut.
00:53:33
Like, yeah, where does the spare live to you?
00:53:35
What do you think?
00:53:36
I mean, where I was pointing?
00:53:37
Yeah.
00:53:38
Yeah.
00:53:38
I've always
00:53:39
felt at when I feel things I feel them here.
00:53:42
Yeah.
00:53:42
Right.
00:53:42
Yeah.
00:53:42
Yeah.
00:53:43
So I think there's a real feeling.
00:53:44
Like, I very take it very scientifically.
00:53:46
I I was like, you don't have to wall you, your heart, and your brain,
00:53:50
And
00:53:50
I'm like, dude, I think it's, like, right there.
00:53:52
Like, I
00:53:53
think it's scary right there.
00:53:54
It's in the center of the body.
00:53:56
Yeah.
00:53:56
You get it.
00:53:57
Yeah.
00:53:57
It's close to the heart.
00:53:58
Yeah.
00:53:59
Yeah.
00:53:59
Yeah.
00:53:59
It hurts actually lower than you think.
00:54:00
It's putting the credit there.
00:54:01
So
00:54:02
but that's good stuff.
00:54:03
Thank you so much for coming on
00:54:04
the show.
00:54:05
Thanks for having me, guys.
00:54:06
This was awesome.
00:54:06
Special show.
00:54:07
Of what
00:54:07
you're doing.
00:54:08
Lift all fueled.
00:54:09
Let me be on limits, baby.
