00:00:00
Another marker we look at, ferritin.
00:00:02
This is iron storage and so this is a high inflammation marker.
00:00:06
It's not just about iron, it's an acute phase reactant.
00:00:10
And so too low shows immune dysfunction or fatigue and too high oxidative stress and
00:00:16
inflammation.
00:00:16
The next test we
00:00:17
look at, marker we look at is homocysteine.
00:00:19
This is one of the most underrated inflammation markers.
00:00:22
Optimal number, less than eight.
00:00:24
Many labs are gonna say up to 15 and call it normal, But high homocysteine is indicative of
00:00:31
endothelial damage, so the linings of your blood vessels, neuroinflammation, and
00:00:36
cardiovascular risk.
00:00:38
Homocysteine tells me how inflamed your blood vessels are, not just your heart.
00:00:43
Welcome to Health Decoded, your number one source for real health information with your
00:00:48
host, doctor Alessi and Matt Tack.
00:00:54
Welcome back to another episode of Health Decoded.
00:00:58
I'm your host, Doctor.
00:00:59
Alessi.
00:01:00
If I told you the most dangerous thing happening in your body right now might be
00:01:05
something you can't feel, can't see, and probably wasn't flagged on your standard blood
00:01:11
test, would you believe me?
00:01:13
Today we're talking about inflammation, but not the kind you notice when you twist your ankle
00:01:18
or when you come down with the flu.
00:01:21
I'm talking about the silent chronic inflammation that builds under the scenes
00:01:25
without you even knowing.
00:01:27
This is the kind that slowly damages blood vessels, disrupts hormones, wrecks your gut,
00:01:33
makes your brain foggy and then quietly rewires your metabolism.
00:01:38
All the while you're being told by your doctors that everything looks normal, your labs are
00:01:43
normal.
00:01:44
This is the inflammation that it doesn't scream, it's not present, it whispers often for
00:01:49
years and then one day shows up as heart disease, autoimmunity, diabetes, dementia,
00:01:56
chronic pain or depression.
00:01:59
And here's the truth, most people don't hear it until it's too late.
00:02:04
So, it's important to know that inflammation is not the symptom, it's the environment.
00:02:09
It's the soil that chronic disease grows in.
00:02:13
And in this episode, here's what I'm gonna break down for you.
00:02:16
How inflammation hides in plain sight, why standard medicine often misses it, the real
00:02:24
blood markers that actually tell the truth with inflammation and then most importantly, what
00:02:29
everyone cares about is how we reverse inflammation before it turns into disease.
00:02:34
Because if you can lower inflammation, you're not just gonna feel better, you will actually
00:02:38
change the trajectory of your health.
00:02:41
So let's get into it.
00:02:43
Let's get into this first segment, what inflammation really is and why it's not the
00:02:47
enemy.
00:02:49
So let me clear something up right away because inflammation gets thrown around as this blame
00:02:54
for everything, right?
00:02:55
Everyone says, oh it's inflammation, inflammation.
00:02:58
Inflammation itself is not bad, however chronic inflammation is.
00:03:03
Acute inflammation is essential for survival.
00:03:06
This is how you heal a cut, you fight off bacteria, your immune system repairs damaged
00:03:11
tissue.
00:03:12
Without inflammation, you wouldn't make it through childhood, you would not survive.
00:03:17
So the problem starts when the inflammation never shuts off.
00:03:21
And that's exactly what our modern life has created.
00:03:24
Your immune system evolved to handle short infection, physical injury, brief stress
00:03:30
response.
00:03:31
It did not evolve to handle 20 fourseven low grade assault.
00:03:36
And today, in the world we live in, inflammation is constantly being triggered by
00:03:41
chronic psychological stress, endless emails and deadlines, financial pressure is a big one,
00:03:47
ultra processed foods that are hijacking your immune system, Poor sleep that prevents immune
00:03:52
resolution.
00:03:53
Environmental toxins that your liver can't keep up with.
00:03:57
And constant blood sugar spikes that activate these immune inflammatory pathways.
00:04:03
So instead of inflammation being a temporary repair response, it becomes a permanent state.
00:04:09
There's a great quote from the journal, twenty twenty review in Nature Reviews Immunology.
00:04:15
It showed that chronic low grade inflammation is a central driver of cardiovascular disease,
00:04:22
Alzheimer's and cognitive decline, type two diabetes, autoimmune conditions, as well as
00:04:29
depression and mood disorders.
00:04:31
They all have chronic low grade inflammation as a central factor.
00:04:36
And this is why inflammation is now being referred to as inflammaging, the biological
00:04:40
process that accelerates aging and disease.
00:04:43
We call this cellular rusting.
00:04:46
Picture your body almost like rusting from the inside out.
00:04:49
The truth is you don't wake up one day with heart disease, you marinate in inflammation for
00:04:55
decades first.
00:04:57
Another truth that really shocks people is that inflammation doesn't just stay in one lane.
00:05:03
If it starts in the gut, it spreads to the brain with the blood brain barrier connected to
00:05:08
the gut.
00:05:09
If it starts in the fatty tissue, it impacts your hormones.
00:05:12
If it starts in the immune system, it affects everything.
00:05:15
That's why treating inflammation isn't about pain meds, it's not about steroids or
00:05:20
suppressing symptoms, it's about actually changing the environment that your immune
00:05:24
system is reacting to.
00:05:26
Because inflammation isn't trying to hurt you, it's actually trying to protect you from a
00:05:30
world that's become chronically hostile to human biology.
00:05:34
That's a great way to rewire the way we look at that.
00:05:37
So let's proceed, let's get into now how does inflammation hide and why is standard medicine
00:05:43
actually missing this?
00:05:45
So here's where things start to fall apart in conventional healthcare because most people
00:05:50
assume that if inflammation is present, it will show up as pain or swelling or a fever.
00:05:57
But chronic inflammation doesn't really play by those rules, it hides.
00:06:00
It's simmering beneath the surface, it's quiet, low grade and systemic.
00:06:05
So it's damaging tissues slowly enough that your body adapts until it actually can't
00:06:11
anymore and that's when disease sets in.
00:06:14
This is why I see this all the time.
00:06:15
Patients come into our clinic saying, I'm exhausted, I feel horrible, but my labs are
00:06:20
normal.
00:06:21
My doctor told me everything was normal.
00:06:23
Or, I can't lose weight no matter what I do.
00:06:25
My brain feels foggy.
00:06:27
I'm achy everywhere, but nothing's technically wrong.
00:06:31
There don't have any injuries.
00:06:32
And unfortunately, and again we hear this all the time and it's really frustrating, they're
00:06:39
often told, oh, this is just aging.
00:06:41
You're just getting older.
00:06:42
Or that's normal.
00:06:43
It's just stress.
00:06:45
These are all gaslight phrases to basically tell someone we don't actually know and we have
00:06:51
no answers for you.
00:06:52
A big thing to remember is that normal labs or normal blood work doesn't mean healthy.
00:06:59
It just means common.
00:07:01
If we look at the world around us, the common and the normal is actually pretty unhealthy.
00:07:07
Why standard medicine really misses inflammation is because most primary care
00:07:12
doctors are trained to look for acute disease, not early dysfunction.
00:07:18
They are taught to ask, are you sick enough for a diagnosis?
00:07:21
Are you inflamed enough to prescribe a drug?
00:07:24
Are you broken enough for us to intervene?
00:07:26
But chronic inflammation doesn't trip those alarms.
00:07:29
Here's why it slips through because they are missing the mark.
00:07:33
They're only relying on outdated markers.
00:07:36
They're using just a regular CRP, C reactive protein instead of a high sensitivity CRP,
00:07:42
HSCRP.
00:07:43
They look at just your cholesterol overall, the total, instead of looking for things like
00:07:48
oxidized LDL markers.
00:07:51
They look at glucose instead of fasting insulin or they run just a CBC instead of looking at
00:07:56
immune patterns.
00:07:57
And they're going to look at one marker at a time.
00:08:00
They're going to isolate organs, one organ at a time.
00:08:03
You go from specialist to specialist to specialist, nobody's on the same page.
00:08:07
And so there's no pattern recognition.
00:08:11
And then the biggest thing we see is that western medicine is trained to wait for
00:08:16
pathology.
00:08:17
So they're gonna wait for autoimmune disease to kick in before they start to balance your
00:08:23
immune system.
00:08:24
They're gonna wait for you to develop diabetes before they look into insulin resistance.
00:08:29
They're gonna wait for you to have heart disease before they screen for endothelial
00:08:33
inflammation.
00:08:34
And by the time conventional labs flag disease, inflammation has already been active for years,
00:08:40
sometimes decades.
00:08:42
A study out of The Lancet in 2018, this is a major journal, it identified chronic
00:08:48
inflammation as a shared underlying mechanism across cardiovascular cancer, diabetes,
00:08:54
neurodegenerative disorders and autoimmune disease.
00:08:58
Often preceding the diagnosis by, hear this, ten to twenty years.
00:09:02
Meaning that those things were building up your entire life.
00:09:05
And so what inflammation looks like before disease, okay, this is the stage that most
00:09:11
people are stuck in, most people that we see.
00:09:13
They're not quite sick enough for a diagnosis but not well enough to feel like everything's
00:09:18
okay like themselves.
00:09:20
Take note of this, here's early inflammatory warning signs.
00:09:25
Persistent fatigue despite getting adequate sleep, brain fog or mood instability, joint
00:09:32
stiffness without injury, Weight gain that does not respond to diet Gut symptoms that come and
00:09:39
go Poor recovery from workouts Frequent colds or slow healing Inflammation doesn't ask for
00:09:47
permission, it just keeps collecting interest.
00:09:50
And the part that frustrates people the most, as well as myself, is that you can have
00:09:55
inflammation destroying your health and then everyone telling you you're normal.
00:10:00
And that drives me crazy because the ranges that they're basing this off of were not built
00:10:06
for optimal health.
00:10:08
They're basically built to catch disease and keep people in a box.
00:10:12
And so, why this matters so much is because chronic inflammation over time is going to
00:10:18
block signaling in the body.
00:10:20
It will suppress your thyroid and disrupt your cortisol rhythms, damage blood vessels, trigger
00:10:25
autoimmunity and all of that to accelerate the aging process.
00:10:31
Suppressing inflammation without fixing the cause is like turning off the smoke alarm while
00:10:36
the house is still on fire.
00:10:40
Inflammation's not the enemy, it's the evidence.
00:10:42
The question is what is your body reacting to?
00:10:45
So, in the next segment, let's really get into, I want to show you the exact blood markers that
00:10:52
we use to detect this hidden early inflammation.
00:10:56
I also want to talk about what patterns matter more than individual numbers and how we catch
00:11:01
inflammation before it becomes a diagnosis.
00:11:04
Because once you can see inflammation clearly, you can finally do something about it and get
00:11:09
ahead of the process.
00:11:10
So now let's get into it.
00:11:11
The blood markers that actually reveal hidden inflammation.
00:11:14
Alright, this is where we stop guessing and we start seeing.
00:11:18
Because inflammation isn't invisible, it's just being ignored or missed.
00:11:23
And so, you can't detect chronic inflammation with a standard annual physical panel and
00:11:29
that's not an opinion, that's just unfortunately the limitation of the system.
00:11:34
So instead of asking, Are you sick enough yet?
00:11:37
We ask, What story are your labs already telling?
00:11:41
And why patterns matter more than single numbers?
00:11:44
So one of the biggest mistakes in conventional medicine is looking at labs in isolation.
00:11:50
Because inflammation doesn't show up as just one screaming marker, it shows up as a pattern
00:11:54
drifting out of alignment.
00:11:56
Disease doesn't start with one bad lab, it starts with 10 almost normal ones.
00:12:03
And so here's some of the key blood markers that we use to uncover hidden chronic
00:12:07
inflammation, often years before diagnosis.
00:12:10
The number of patients we've helped to get ahead of diabetes and insulin resistance before
00:12:15
they go full blown.
00:12:17
Number one, HSCRP, this is high sensitivity C reactive protein.
00:12:25
This is the bare minimum inflammation marker and even this gets overlooked.
00:12:30
Standard medicine says that under three is normal, but in functional medicine I want to
00:12:35
see under one.
00:12:36
Ideally closer to point five.
00:12:38
And there was a study out of the journal Circulation in 2019 said, HSCRP is a stronger
00:12:44
predictor of cardiovascular events than LDL cholesterol.
00:12:48
Meanwhile, conventional medicine is so focused on lowering cholesterol, they don't even look
00:12:53
at inflammation.
00:12:54
And so you can have normal cholesterol and still be inflamed enough to build plaque.
00:12:59
That's definitely a fact.
00:13:02
The next factor we look at or the marker we look at is fasting insulin, not just glucose.
00:13:07
So most doctors are only gonna check glucose or your A1C, but insulin resistance is an
00:13:12
inflammatory by nature.
00:13:14
And so optimal fasting insulin, two to six per milliliter.
00:13:19
Whereas most patients we see are often ten, fifteen, even 20 while being told they're fine
00:13:25
by their doctor.
00:13:27
A study out of the Journal of American College of Cardiology in 2021 said that
00:13:33
hyperinsulinemia precedes diabetes and drives systemic inflammation.
00:13:38
We use a specific marker as well alongside fasting insulin called the HOMAIR marker and
00:13:45
this is a algorithmic score predictor of someone's trend towards insulin resistance and
00:13:53
type two diabetes.
00:13:54
And so we often see that this marker is elevated and other markers are normal.
00:13:58
So on a standard blood test that would have been missed and the person could have been
00:14:02
prevented from going full blown type two diabetic.
00:14:05
Because you don't get diabetes from just sugar, you get it from years of inflammation
00:14:09
disrupting your insulin signaling alongside that high sugar.
00:14:14
Another marker we look at, ferritin.
00:14:17
This is iron storage and so this is a high inflammation marker.
00:14:21
It's not just about iron, it's an acute phase reactant.
00:14:24
Too low shows immune dysfunction or fatigue and too high oxidative stress and inflammation.
00:14:32
So the optimal ranges you want to see in men between around 50 to 100 and women between
00:14:37
around 30 to 80.
00:14:39
And so a great resource, the Free Radical Biology and Medicine Journal.
00:14:43
In 2018, they said elevated ferritin is associated with oxidative damage and metabolic
00:14:48
disease.
00:14:49
And so this plays right in with the function of the liver, pancreas, the gut and obviously that
00:14:54
insulin response in the body.
00:14:56
The next test we look at, marker we look at is homocysteine.
00:15:00
This is one of the most underrated inflammation markers.
00:15:02
Optimal number, less than eight, many labs are gonna say up to 15 and call it normal, but high
00:15:09
homocysteine is indicative of endothelial damage, so the linings of your blood vessels,
00:15:15
neuroinflammation and cardiovascular risk.
00:15:19
Homocysteine tells me how inflamed your blood vessels are, not just your heart.
00:15:24
The next thing we look at is white blood cell patterns, not just the total.
00:15:28
So most docs just glance at the total white blood cells and move on.
00:15:32
We look at what is the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, chronic immune activation patterns,
00:15:37
stress driven immune suppression.
00:15:40
These patterns indicate chronic infections or autoimmune priming and so if these things are
00:15:45
becoming dysregulated, we're able to predict earlier than wait till someone gets sick.
00:15:52
Because again, your immune system is whispering in patterns long before it's screaming a
00:15:56
diagnosis.
00:15:58
Next, we're gonna look at liver enzymes.
00:16:00
ALT, AST, GGT.
00:16:03
Your liver is your primary inflammation filter.
00:16:06
Even high normal liver enzymes often indicate toxic burden, fatty liver, oxidative stress.
00:16:13
In the journal Hepatology in 2020, they said that elevated GGT strongly correlates with
00:16:20
systemic inflammation and cardiovascular risk.
00:16:23
So now putting this whole pattern together, right, because one marker alone doesn't
00:16:28
diagnose inflammation, But when we see HSCRP creeping up, insulin elevated, ferritin is
00:16:34
drifting high, borderline homocysteine and immune ratios are off with high liver enzymes,
00:16:40
it's not random, it's a global picture of inflammation building chronically under the
00:16:46
scenes.
00:16:48
And so, your labs don't lie, but they do whisper.
00:16:52
Functional medicine teaches you how to listen.
00:16:55
And so every patient we take through our total care program, we not only run your labs, show
00:17:01
your labs, we teach you how to read your labs.
00:17:05
So that way you can make educated decisions as to how your health should be.
00:17:09
You can run your own labs in the future and say, Oh, these are starting to get high.
00:17:12
I need to start to control this inflammation.
00:17:15
And this is exactly why our program exists.
00:17:17
Not to run more labs, but to catch the dysfunction early, identify the root drivers,
00:17:23
is it gut, stress, toxins, track these trends over time and intervene before inflammation
00:17:29
becomes disease.
00:17:31
Because again, functional medicine, we don't wait for a diagnosis, we interrupt the process
00:17:35
before it gets there.
00:17:37
So now, I want to proceed into this final segment of the episode where I want to show you
00:17:42
exactly how we reverse inflammation, what works and what's just suppressing it, and why
00:17:49
lifestyle alone often isn't enough.
00:17:51
Because seeing inflammation is step one, fixing it is where real medicine begins.
00:17:57
Hey Health Decoded listeners, Doctor.
00:18:00
Alessi here.
00:18:01
Let me ask you a serious question.
00:18:03
Are you tired of waiting until something goes wrong to finally see a doctor?
00:18:07
At Alessi Functional Health, we take a different approach.
00:18:10
The right approach.
00:18:12
We believe true health care isn't about chasing symptoms.
00:18:16
It's about preventing them in the first place.
00:18:18
That's why we created the Alessi Total Care Program.

00:19:22
Let's protect it proactively.
00:19:25
Let's talk about now how we actually turn off inflammation.
00:19:30
Right now, for the most important part of this entire conversation, because once you see
00:19:34
inflammation coming, the real question is what are you going do about it?
00:19:38
And here's where most people get stuck.
00:19:41
They're told, just take some anti inflammatory medication or a pain killer, take a statin or
00:19:46
an antidepressant.
00:19:47
But let me be very clear here, suppressing inflammation is not the same as resolving it.
00:19:53
Remember the fire alarm analogy.
00:19:55
Inflammation is not the enemy, it's a signal that something's wrong.
00:19:59
If you don't remove what's causing the signal, your body will keep firing it.
00:20:04
So, at Allessia Functional Health we don't ask what drug turns this marker down.
00:20:09
We ask why is your immune system inflamed in the first place?
00:20:14
And almost every time inflammation comes from one or more of five root drivers.
00:20:19
Let's get into that.
00:20:21
Blood sugar and insulin dysregulation, this is the biggest one.
00:20:25
Chronic blood sugar spikes lead to chronic inflammation.
00:20:29
Even healthy foods can be inflammatory if you eat too often, you under eat protein, you snack
00:20:34
all day or you live on caffeine.
00:20:37
And so what does the fix look like?
00:20:39
What we call protein forward meals.
00:20:41
Prioritizing 30 grams of protein per meal, more if you're a larger male.
00:20:47
Blood sugar stabilizing nutrition, this is complex carbohydrates, not just these fast
00:20:52
metabolizing sugars.
00:20:54
So avoiding white breads, processed grains, processed sugars, things like that.
00:20:59
Sticking more towards starchy foods like potatoes, yams, cooked white rice.
00:21:05
And then strategic fasting when appropriate.
00:21:08
So, intermittent fasting or alternate day fasting or every other day, those are fantastic
00:21:14
ways to balance blood sugar.
00:21:17
Journal Cell Metabolism in 2020 quoted that insulin resistance is a primary upstream driver
00:21:23
of systemic inflammation.
00:21:24
This is just known now.
00:21:27
You can't anti inflammatory supplement your way out of bad blood sugar control.
00:21:33
You have to get to the root cause which is often lifestyle and diet.
00:21:37
The next part, number two, gut inflammation.
00:21:40
Leaky gut or dysbiosis.
00:21:43
If your gut is inflamed, your whole body will be inflamed.
00:21:47
Why?
00:21:47
Because 70 to 80% of your immune system lives there.
00:21:51
Endotoxins can leak into the bloodstream through a leaky gut and then your immune system
00:21:56
remains on high alert which can trigger autoimmunity.
00:21:59
And so what does the fix look like for this?
00:22:01
Removing inflammatory foods, what we call the Big Five Dairy, Gluten, Processed Sugar, Soy
00:22:08
and Seed Oils.
00:22:10
Repairing the gut lining using specific things like zinc carnosine, glutamine, aloe,
00:22:16
marshmallow, these herbs that are able to restore health and mucin layer to the gut.
00:22:21
Rebalancing the microbiome with correct probiotic use, not just some broad spectrum
00:22:26
probiotic, you have to know which specific markers you need to elevate and some that you
00:22:31
need to clear out.
00:22:33
Clearing out hidden infections or overgrowth as well.
00:22:36
And so, in the journal Frontiers Immunology 2021, it showed that intestinal permeability or
00:22:43
leaky gut is a major driver of systemic inflammation and autoimmunity.
00:22:49
This was my story.
00:22:50
I had leaky gut syndrome that led to an autoimmune thyroid condition.
00:22:54
I had to backtrack and go all the way to the root cause of healing my gut before I could
00:22:59
even try to fix my thyroid.
00:23:02
And to this day, my thyroid markers stay within range because of that fix.
00:23:06
And so, that's actually a program that I basically created for our patients based on
00:23:11
what I did for myself and I fine tuned this six month program.
00:23:15

00:23:21
The third thing, chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation.
00:23:25
So, this one gets ignored but it's massive because if your nervous system is stuck in
00:23:29
fight or flight, cortisol will remain elevated, inflammation will be high and your body cannot
00:23:35
heal, it shuts down.
00:23:37
What does the fix look like?
00:23:38
Nervous system regulation, making sure your vagus nerve is healthy, humming, deep breath
00:23:45
work, sleep restoration.
00:23:47
So, going to sleep at the same time and waking up at the same time, getting deep sleep, dark
00:23:52
room, no blue light before bed.
00:23:54
Breath work, HRV training and recovery focus.
00:23:57
So, hacks like red light, using things like breath work.
00:24:02
And then structural correction, making sure that your nervous system is able to
00:24:06
communicate.
00:24:06
So, things like chiropractic care, spinal decompression to take pressure off of the
00:24:11
nerves.
00:24:12
What we see all the time with our chiropractic patients is that they can't sleep or they're
00:24:17
getting non restful sleep because they're in pain.
00:24:21
Basically, the nervous system is unable to relax because there's pressure on it.
00:24:25
And so once we decompress the spine or take pressure off their spine with chiropractic care
00:24:30
or decompression, they come back the next day, they're like, had the best sleep of my life.
00:24:34
And it's because we were able to let that nervous system relax.
00:24:37
Because you cannot heal in survival mode no matter how clean your diet is.
00:24:43
The fourth one, toxic load.
00:24:45
Okay, this is very important and often where we start with patients is some level of
00:24:49
detoxification from plastics, mold, heavy metals and chemicals because your liver can
00:24:55
only handle so much and when detox pathways back up, inflammation will skyrocket.
00:25:00
Basically the liver backs up into the gut, the gut backs up and then the body cannot handle
00:25:04
that.
00:25:05
And so what the fix looks like, number one, identifying the exposures.
00:25:09
Is it heavy metals, is it mold, is it plastics, is it environmental toxicity?
00:25:14
And then supporting the liver and the lymphatic system.
00:25:17
So we use specific things like binders and detoxification protocols along with our high
00:25:24
frequency vibration platform and red light therapy to really push the body into
00:25:29
detoxification.
00:25:30
Sauna, sweating, movement, these are all fantastic as well.
00:25:34
The journal Environmental Health Perspectives in 2019 has a quote saying chronic low dose
00:25:39
toxin exposure drives immune activation and inflammatory disease.
00:25:45
So be aware of what things we're putting in and on our body.
00:25:48
Lotions, perfumes, plastic in our clothing, those things can all build up.
00:25:54
And then the fifth thing we're always going to assess is nutrient deficiencies.
00:25:58
Inflammation is going to skyrocket when the body lacks the raw materials to regulate the
00:26:03
immune response.
00:26:04
The most common deficiencies we see are things like magnesium, omega threes, zinc, vitamin D
00:26:11
and B vitamins.
00:26:13
The fix looks like using doctor grade nutraceuticals in the correct dose to replace
00:26:21
and restore these levels.
00:26:23
Now, this is all gonna depend on the person, their genetics, their biology and then
00:26:28
obviously the labs that we run.
00:26:30
And so, we use a really awesome lab called the NutraPro Genetic Panel to tell how someone's
00:26:36
genes influence the way that their body prioritizes the absorption and the utilization
00:26:41
of nutrients and minerals.
00:26:43
It's pretty awesome.
00:26:44
And so, the biggest takeaway from this is lifestyle alone isn't always enough.
00:26:52
It's important, but it's the foundation.
00:26:55
For many people, it's not the full solution.
00:26:57
So, if someone has years of inflammation, autoimmune activation, deep insulin resistance
00:27:02
or toxic buildup, they often need advanced testing, targeted protocols and then ongoing
00:27:08
monitoring and maintenance.
00:27:10
However, there are answers and there are fixes, you just need to do it in the right order.
00:27:17
You didn't get inflamed overnight and you won't heal overnight either, but you can heal.
00:27:24
This is exactly why we built our Total Care Program the way we did.
00:27:29
I'll be upfront and honest about it.
00:27:31
It is not a quick fix, so if that's what people want or are looking for, this isn't likely for
00:27:36
you.
00:27:37
It's not a one size fits all either.
00:27:39
It requires some specific testing to see where your deficiencies are.
00:27:43
But, with a deep lab analysis and pattern recognition focused with some root cause
00:27:48
protocols including lifestyle, nutraceuticals and physical medicine integration, We don't
00:27:54
just manage inflammation, we dismantle it layer by layer.
00:27:59
So let me leave you with this, and then I'll stop talking.
00:28:02
Inflammation doesn't mean that you're broken, it just means that your body is asking for
00:28:06
help.
00:28:07
Chronic disease is not just bad luck, it's unaddressed inflammation, and if left unchecked
00:28:13
for too long, it can develop into more, like chronic disease.
