S3 E9 - Revolutionizing Back Care: Innovative Therapies and the Future of Pain-Free Living

In this episode, Matt Tack and Dr. Alfred Alessi delve into the world of chiropractic care, critiquing the joint chiropractic model and introducing innovative technologies and services at the clinic. They discuss the benefits of spinal decompression and the pain-free future protocol, emphasizing the importance of proactive versus reactive care and patient education. The conversation explores the future of nonsurgical back pain solutions, including regenerative stem cell therapy and soft wave therapy. They also highlight a corporate wellness initiative and invite coaches to get involved. The episode wraps up with details on an upcoming block party event, vendor participation, and community engagement opportunities, along with a call for newsletter sign-ups. 00:00:00
Because what we saw is a lot of draw to this, the joint.

00:00:04
Right?

00:00:04
So if you've ever heard of the joint chiropractic, it's a quick crack and then they

00:00:09
have you out the door, but there's no way like a tentative care to them.

00:00:13
They, they aren't, Hey, give me some feedback.

00:00:15
Can I get an understanding of where you're seeing pain or how, where, how you're

00:00:19
progressing along the way?

00:00:21
It's Hey, come in here, get a crack and leave.

00:00:23
We don't want to be a reactive care clinic.

00:00:25
We want to be a proactive care clinic.

00:00:27
And so we want people thinking that way of how they're proactively engaging their health on a

00:00:30
daily basis.

00:00:31
Engaging their health on a daily basis.

00:00:34
Welcome to Health Decoded, your number one source for real health information with your

00:00:38
host, doctor Alessi and Matt Tacke.

00:00:43
Alright.

00:00:44
Welcome back to Health Decoded.

00:00:47
I'm your host, doctor Alessi.

00:00:50
And the cohost, Matt Taich.

00:00:52
Looking dapper, my friend.

00:00:54
Looking good.

00:00:55
Thanks, bro.

00:00:56
I think we need to, like, change up our intro to, like, the most jacked the most jacked

00:01:03
partners or

00:01:05
Dynamic duo.

00:01:06
Duo.

00:01:06
Duo.

00:01:08
Yeah.

00:01:08
Duo.

00:01:09
Get some, like, audio kind of, echoing kind of effects going.

00:01:15
Cool.

00:01:15
Yeah.

00:01:15
Dads.

00:01:16
And also owners of C Functional Health.

00:01:19
They love their family so much.

00:01:24
Awesome, man.

00:01:24
Well, man, we got a cool episode today.

00:01:26
If Everybody tuning in, we we really just want to highlight and share with our community a lot

00:01:32
of the new things that we have innovated within our clinic and kind of, incorporated to get,

00:01:39
number one, just better results with our patients, improved outcomes with just

00:01:43
everything on the the health and longevity side.

00:01:46
And so we really wanna kind of dive into that and share because I think a lot of people still

00:01:50
are kind of unfamiliar with some of the new things we've brought on.

00:01:54
And, you know, kind of the the main mission here, man, is to just, like, level up health.

00:01:59
Right?

00:01:59
Help people to, obviously, take control of their own health, number one, but then give

00:02:04
them the tools long term to be able to make that lasting and and improve longevity for not

00:02:09
just them, but for everyone they interact with.

00:02:12
And so, you know, we'll kinda just go through kind of a a few things and kinda share, and and

00:02:17
hopefully this can, help people to be empowered and kind of, you know, take that next step.

00:02:22
So, anything you wanna share before we get started, man?

00:02:26
No.

00:02:26
I'm excited to kinda go through some of the things that we have, in our pipeline at Alessi

00:02:31
Functional Health, new offerings, new things that we're gonna be bringing out.

00:02:35
So I'm excited to dive into the episode today and let people

00:02:39
listen.

00:02:40
Yeah, man.

00:02:41
And so so, you know, in the within the clinic, if you're not a patient so if you are a

00:02:45
patient, you know what we're doing, and you know that we have just been continually adding

00:02:50
more and more high level technological services to our our suite of services to be able to get

00:02:57
better outcomes, better results, but, ultimately, even to shorten the time it takes

00:03:01
for somebody to heal from things like herniated discs, you know, chronic pain, arthritis,

00:03:06
whatever it may be, shortening that gap, getting people back to doing what they love to

00:03:11
do quicker.

00:03:12
And so we're always like, how can we be the most efficient, right, in everything we do?

00:03:16
And so kind of the biggest venture or the biggest thing we we undertook was investing in

00:03:21
another spinal decompression unit, possibly getting another one by the end of this year

00:03:27
just because it has become such a big staple in everything we do.

00:03:31
And the reason being is, you know, I've been practicing chiropractic for almost six years

00:03:36
now and was traditionally in a I've been in many clinics where chiropractic care is the

00:03:41
only thing being done, and nothing against it.

00:03:44
It's a fantastic modality, but it is limited in what it can achieve.

00:03:48
Right?

00:03:49
It releases pressure in the joints.

00:03:51
It restores flow and movement and and obviously nervous system function, but it kind of ends

00:03:56
there.

00:03:57
And so when it comes to somebody with a herniated disc, a bulging disc, sciatica, or

00:04:02
some kind of radicular pain coming from the spine, there's really only, like, two options.

00:04:06
One is surgical, and the other is is decompressing.

00:04:09
You have to open the space up for that disc to wanna go back in.

00:04:13
If you don't, then you're not gonna change anything.

00:04:15
You can inject it.

00:04:15
You can do all kind of stuff.

00:04:17
You know, steroids aren't gonna fix the problem.

00:04:19
And so that's why we have invested heavily into the spinal decompression.

00:04:23
You and I both know the effectiveness of it having done it with ourselves, obviously.

00:04:27
Yes.

00:04:28
And the the just amount of people.

00:04:30
Basically, everybody who comes in and qualifies for our treatment walks out of there feeling at

00:04:34
least 50% better on one visit.

00:04:36
Right?

00:04:37
And so then it's from there, how do you make that more of a long lasting kind of thing?

00:04:40
So, you know, we we, were really big proponents of, like, having, like, a protocol, not just

00:04:48
kind of throw in random stuff around.

00:04:50
And so we came up with this pain free future protocol that you and I kind of developed where

00:04:56
we utilize not just the decompression, not just the chiropractic, but pairing that also with

00:05:01
the soft wave therapy.

00:05:03
And you basically get, like, this summative effect of all these different modalities

00:05:07
working together to then, like, 10 x the outcomes.

00:05:10
Right?

00:05:10
Whereas, like, a traditional sciatica disc is gonna heal maybe six months, right, to really

00:05:16
get that thing gone.

00:05:16
We're we're seeing people in, like, three months, maybe even, like, less coming out of

00:05:20
there.

00:05:20
Like, hey.

00:05:21
I think my pain is completely gone.

00:05:23
And so it's just just been awesome.

00:05:26
And, yeah, I mean, that's that's basically what kind of spurred this this transition and kind

00:05:30
of our focus.

00:05:32
And you've been kind of at the forefront of the, the implementation side of, like, getting

00:05:37
the marketing going for that and how do we spread the word that of the kind of the

00:05:41
different ideas.

00:05:41
So talk a little about a little bit about that, man.

00:05:45
Yeah.

00:05:45
No.

00:05:45
I mean, it you what we have when we have, like, kind of the built in protocol, right, we fine

00:05:52
tune that to the patient as well.

00:05:55
Right?

00:05:55
So there's gonna be acute portions of the body that naturally need to be focused on.

00:06:01
And so that's what is so awesome about yourself and doctor Rennie is the attention to detail on

00:06:06
that.

00:06:07
But one thing I also want to mention, and it's something that we're bringing out because what

00:06:12
we saw is a lot of draw to this, the joint.

00:06:16
Right?

00:06:16
So if you've ever heard of the joint chiropractic, it's a quick crack and then they

00:06:21
have you out the door, but there's no way like a tenant care to that.

00:06:24
Right.

00:06:25
They, they aren't, Hey, what, what, give me some feedback.

00:06:29
Can I get an understanding of where you're seeing pain or how, where, how you're

00:06:33
progressing along the way?

00:06:34
It's Hey, come in here, get a crack and leave.

00:06:37
And so, yeah, it's the subscription based model, but like it, honestly, there's so many

00:06:42
flaws in it and it, it honestly probably doesn't work for most people if I would like,

00:06:47
if I have to say that, right.

00:06:49
The joint really doesn't work.

00:06:50
It's not the best, modality to actually use.

00:06:54
And so one thing as we were using as like kind of precursor cursors of like feedback is that

00:07:00
we don't want to be a reactive care clinic.

00:07:02
We want to be a proactive care clinic.

00:07:05
Right.

00:07:05
And so we want people thinking that way of how they're proactively engaging their health on a

00:07:10
daily basis.

00:07:12
And so we came in with this pain free future protocol, also realizing that there's going to

00:07:18
be benefits to actually have this maintenance and be proactive about your care.

00:07:23
So we supplement that now in various ways, but one of the big things is really being when we

00:07:29
get you through the complete protocol and you're feeling good, it's like now, what are

00:07:33
you doing after with the education that we've given you?

00:07:36
Right.

00:07:36
Because our number one, tipping point, I think that differentiates us from the rest of,

00:07:44
clinicians is that we give you we educate you on being proactive with your health.

00:07:50
Right?

00:07:51
And it's through various modalities being social, being these podcasts, but really in

00:07:56
clinic is sitting down and really getting that feedback.

00:07:58
So I just wanna encourage all the audience and the listeners is that that is really what is

00:08:04
the separator here is we want your feedback.

00:08:07
We wanna listen to you.

00:08:08
We also wanna educate the long along the way.

00:08:11
And so it's a very reciprocal relationship that we have with all of our patients, and that

00:08:17
really is what separates us.

00:08:19
Yeah.

00:08:19
No.

00:08:20
That's that's great.

00:08:20
And I would say that just to add on to that is, like, our success rates are so high because our

00:08:25
patients are engaged, our patients are committed, and they wanna get better.

00:08:29
So those three things.

00:08:30
Right?

00:08:30
Like, the mind drives what the bodies can achieve.

00:08:33
And so every patient who's going through one of our protocols is it doesn't have any doubts.

00:08:38
They're hopeful because they've experienced, usually on the first visit, massive decrease in

00:08:43
pain, right, in improvement in function and all of that.

00:08:46
And so they're, like, they're bought in.

00:08:48
Right?

00:08:48
And and so we get those awesome results.

00:08:50
And then these these stories that we're just seeing on a daily basis, people coming out of

00:08:54
there like, man, I I I picked up my kid again for the first time in, like, six months, and

00:08:58
you're just like, you just wanna cry with him, man.

00:09:00
Like, you just wanna, you know, you feel for him.

00:09:02
And and you and I have both experienced, like, true, like, injury and pain and been kind of

00:09:06
held up.

00:09:06
You had sciatic.

00:09:07
I obviously had, like, some some nerve pain in the shoulder, and so we know what it's like to

00:09:11
be limited like that.

00:09:13
And so when we can get people better, man, it's just it's just amazing.

00:09:16
So, you know, realistically, what we're doing is is the future of, nonsurgical back pain

00:09:22
care.

00:09:22
I mean, everything we've implemented, we fine tuned, and we've come up with this, like,

00:09:26
protocol that then obviously can be tailored per patient's needs.

00:09:30
But the base of the protocol being the soft wave regenerative therapy, the spinal

00:09:36
decompression to relieve the pressure, and then the corrective chiropractic paired with

00:09:40
functional exercise to then hold that in position for the long term sustained benefits.

00:09:46
So, again, man, everything we're doing is with an end in mind for the patient.

00:09:49
Like, hey.

00:09:50
We're gonna get you good.

00:09:51
Let's high five.

00:09:52
Good job.

00:09:52
And then you just maintain those results.

00:09:54
I always use the analogy of, like, your dentist doesn't come home with you and brush your teeth

00:09:59
for you, does he?

00:10:00
No.

00:10:00
You go there.

00:10:00
They clean you up real good, but now you gotta brush your teeth.

00:10:03
And so that's what we do is we empower and educate our patients to, hey.

00:10:06
We're gonna help you get the spine tuned up.

00:10:08
We're gonna fix the problem here within the office.

00:10:11
And after that, you just have to maintain core strength, maintain your movement, maintain

00:10:15
these different things that we teach you to just keep it there.

00:10:18
Right?

00:10:18
Then if you need, obviously, life happens, life throws stuff at you.

00:10:21
You have a little injury or you you feel stiff or whatever.

00:10:24
We we have, options for you to come back in and and maintain.

00:10:27
And that's another thing we actually I'll just kinda pair to this is we're we rolled out those

00:10:31
memberships that's a little bit different model than what we did in the past.

00:10:35
So, you know, when when our patients go through a corrective protocol and they've gotten the

00:10:38
results and they're good, we give them a massive discount on any ongoing care and allow

00:10:44
them to just get on this kind of subscription that it's like, hey.

00:10:46
When you need us, come on in.

00:10:48
So it's been pretty that's been pretty sweet too to see that kind of evolve.

00:10:52
Mhmm.

00:10:54
Yeah, man.

00:10:54
And so kind of next next thing's going on here.

00:10:56
I'll go down to kind of, like, to the bottom because I think it plays in.

00:11:00
The the next thing we're really excited about is this regenerative stem cell therapy that

00:11:05
we're looking to bring into the office.

00:11:07
And so we're partnering with a, really tenured doc in the area who gets I mean, they were they

00:11:14
were educating us all on this, but the best of the best in, quality product with the stem

00:11:20
cells.

00:11:21
And so offering that in the clinic, I think we're gonna probably plan on once a month for

00:11:26
now.

00:11:26
If we need it more, then in the future, we can probably add.

00:11:29
But, that is just gonna, I mean, amplify everything we just talked about.

00:11:35
Right?

00:11:35
So, like, getting those those stem cells into the area of injury, whether it's a low back

00:11:40
disc, whether it's a a neck disc, but if it could be at an extremity, a knee, a shoulder.

00:11:44
Right?

00:11:45
And then pairing that with the soft wave therapy, which I'll expand on.

00:11:50
If if you're unfamiliar with what soft wave therapy is, it's essentially picture like an an

00:11:55
ultrasound, but it's a water filled applicator with a spark unit inside.

00:12:01
And when that spark hits, it creates a sound wave, an acoustic wave that is able to

00:12:05
penetrate into your tissue, which our bodies are mostly water.

00:12:09
So the waves travel through water, you know, as a medium, penetrates into the tissue into the

00:12:14
cellular level to stimulate our body's regenerative process, which drives blood flow,

00:12:19
growth factors, all kinds of the good healing cytokines and, and pathways as well as on the

00:12:27
back end stem cell production too.

00:12:29
So then when you pair that with an injected stem cell, you are, like, amplifying the

00:12:34
results of that 10 x.

00:12:36
And so super excited for that, man.

00:12:39
What's cool about

00:12:40
that too, and we don't wanna just not highlight this, but recently, the University of Michigan

00:12:46
did a study on acoustic waves, and how the body responds to that for regenerative therapy.

00:12:53
And one of the really cool things is and, you know, a lot of people actually don't know this,

00:12:57
so I'll bring it back to the basics is that the number one reason of why our body actually gets

00:13:04
cancer, over time is because of inflammation.

00:13:08
It's just the core root of inflammation that happens with our body that naturally the, the

00:13:15
how of your red blood, your red blood cells and your white blood cells, they, you know, they

00:13:20
overcome.

00:13:21
And so then it becomes an issue where you have more inflammation in your body.

00:13:26
Your body can't respond.

00:13:27
Obviously the cancer attacks, we naturally have, cancer cells within our body when they

00:13:32
become, abundant.

00:13:34
That's when it starts spreading.

00:13:36
Right.

00:13:37
And so with this acoustic therapy, it actually is meant to reduce that inflammation.

00:13:41
Right.

00:13:41
And with parlayed that with stem cells, it allows you to exacerbate almost the issue in a

00:13:48
healthy way of reducing that inflammation in a way that you then are structurally aligning

00:13:55
your body through chiropractic measures, decompression measures, right.

00:14:00
Building up the core muscle groups.

00:14:02
That's why we're big believers.

00:14:03
We talk a lot about about resistance training if you can build more muscle.

00:14:08
But then adding that with regenerative therapy therapy with stem cells indirect site or

00:14:13
intravenous, we have a couple different options, that people are gonna be able to

00:14:18
utilize.

00:14:19
And what that leads to is potentially, like, really dramatic effects.

00:14:24
So I think it's gonna be revolutionary for, honestly, our clinic to create this offering.

00:14:29
We're super happy and super excited, to really get it going.

00:14:33
Yeah.

00:14:33
And I I was doing a little market research too, and I don't see anybody in the area doing the

00:14:38
combo of, like, the the stem cell injection plus the soft wave.

00:14:42
I don't think that's even going down right now.

00:14:44
So we'll kinda be the first ones in Tampa doing that, which is pretty sweet.

00:14:49
And so just yeah.

00:14:51
Super excited to bring that on, man, because there there comes times where there's patients

00:14:55
who come in and it's like, man, hey.

00:14:57
Like, we're limited with, obviously, the alternative stuff.

00:15:00
Like, we help, I wanna say, ninety five percent of people.

00:15:03
Then there's the occasional person who comes in and, unfortunately, their their situation is a

00:15:07
little too far gone or if they let it go a little bit longer than it probably should.

00:15:11
And, you know, we're we're maybe looking at, like, a bone on bone severely degenerative disc

00:15:16
situation, and we're limited with the results we can get with decompression and soft wave.

00:15:21
Right?

00:15:21
Now you pair a stem cell injection into that area, You're talking a whole different story

00:15:26
now.

00:15:26
Our our ability to help people goes up a lot more.

00:15:29
So just really looking forward to, that initiative that we got coming on here within

00:15:33
the next month, honestly.

00:15:35
Yeah.

00:15:35
I'm super pumped.

00:15:37
I think that, it's gonna be some great therapy for for the exactly those patients that, they

00:15:43
really just need, some cartilage in the areas.

00:15:47
Yeah.

00:15:48
Yeah.

00:15:48
They need more, man.

00:15:50
Another really cool thing, man, and you've kinda been like, I appreciate you for you're

00:15:54
kinda leading the the charge on this one, but the corporate wellness initiative that we

00:15:58
brought on or just basically launched, and kinda got got, I guess, planned January

00:16:05
starting in January, but now we're getting ready to launch it by the end of this, by the

00:16:09
March is the corporate wellness where we're gonna be partnering with some local businesses.

00:16:13
So talk a little bit about it, man, because you're, you're really the one kind of kind of,

00:16:18
innovating here.

00:16:20
Yeah.

00:16:20
So, you know, with corporate wellness, I I thought about this a lot, and I think it it's

00:16:26
just an avenue that we could serve and serve more people.

00:16:30
And what we decide to do, and this was a very collective measure, but, you know, people that

00:16:37
go to work every single day, that's their community.

00:16:41
And so how do you create more engagement within that community and no better way than like

00:16:46
health and wellness?

00:16:47
Right.

00:16:47
And then you look at it from an employer perspective of like, how can you get that

00:16:52
engagement?

00:16:53
How can you get, people that just naturally want to like do things together, stick

00:17:00
together.

00:17:00
They're on the same motive instead of just the, kind of the mundane work to work.

00:17:05
And then they're getting less sick days because they're more motivated.

00:17:09
And so I got some construction work going on here.

00:17:11
I apologize, outside of my house.

00:17:14
But so in the corporate wellness atmosphere, you know, that's our main goal is really to

00:17:20
create healthier employees with healthier lifestyles that are creating this like mindset.

00:17:25
And then also like developing this community, Hey, do you get this done?

00:17:28
And it creates a level of accountability within the ecosystem of where they work.

00:17:32
Right.

00:17:33
And hopefully it makes it a little bit more fun along the way.

00:17:36
So we partnered with, NuVita.

00:17:39
And what we're doing is we're basically if you have 50 plus employees, we have a custom app,

00:17:45
that we're gonna be integrating, and then we're going to have coaches along the way.

00:17:49
So there's going to be coaches there giving feedback, for all, for everyone that's

00:17:53
involved.

00:17:54
And if you're part of an organization, you don't want to get involved.

00:17:57
It's not like a mandatory thing.

00:17:59
We want you to be invested in this as well.

00:18:02
But we have just apps that track sleep activity, your workout activities, and your,

00:18:08
all your biometrics.

00:18:09
Those are some of the big things that we like seeing along the way, including a heart rate

00:18:14
monitor, which, you know, I piloted and beta tested.

00:18:17
And I see there really a lot of the value in that because one of the main things is HRV.

00:18:21
Right?

00:18:22
What is your heart rate variability?

00:18:24
And we can dig into that in a future episode, but that is just something that's extremely

00:18:28
important of understanding the cadence of your heart rate, how you're elevating it, and then

00:18:32
how it's at a static state throughout the day.

00:18:35
So, but just to go back, the, you know, the benefits are healthier employers, lower health

00:18:41
care costs for the employers at the end of the day, and really higher productivity.

00:18:45
Naturally, when you're thinking in a healthier mindset, you're gonna get more productivity out

00:18:49
of that.

00:18:49
So, like I said, if you have, 50 plus employees, and you are looking to get more

00:18:56
engagement, and you're local to the Tampa area, we'd love to talk to you.

00:19:01
And if you wanna learn more about, like, what that offering is, we would be happy, to kinda

00:19:06
walk you through that, obviously free of charge.

00:19:09
And if you don't want it, cool.

00:19:11
If you do, that's something we can implement for you.

00:19:14
So, we are we're super excited to create that offering because I think we're gonna be able to

00:19:19
help a lot more people.

00:19:21
And it kind of goes into our next thing that we wanna talk about, which is our block party.

00:19:26
Yeah.

00:19:26
And real quick before we get off the corporate wellness, we are looking to bring on some

00:19:30
coaches.

00:19:31
So we know within our community, we have some people with some experience and who care and

00:19:35
want to help others.

00:19:37
And so that's what we're looking for is, you know, people with, you know, a background in

00:19:40
health, fitness, experience.

00:19:43
That's obviously, you know, desirable, but, like, the the nonnegotiable of what we're

00:19:47
looking for is somebody who's got a drive to serve others and to engage people and and

00:19:51
really just deliver.

00:19:52
So, looking for coaches for the team.

00:19:54

Now back to the episode.

00:21:43
Alright.

00:21:43
So we're back.

00:21:44
And last but not least on this list of exciting things happening at Alessi Functional Health

00:21:50
and within this community is our event coming up this weekend.

00:21:55
It's gonna be March 8, Saturday, March eighth at Alessi Functional Health.

00:21:59
The entire parking lot, we're gonna have blocked off for just basically the biggest

00:22:03
block party that the world has ever seen.

00:22:08
But but in reality, man, it's gonna be really cool.

00:22:11
It's gonna get that.

00:22:12
We yeah.

00:22:13
One day, we came up with this idea.

00:22:15
We're like, man, how do we give back first off to our patients who are loyal, dedicated,

00:22:19
everybody just putting in the hard work to get better and trusting us really with, with the

00:22:24
care.

00:22:24
And so we're like, man, let's just do something big for them and and kinda show out.

00:22:28
So we're calling it the spring into spring into health block party where, we're gonna have all

00:22:35
types of vendors.

00:22:36
I mean, probably dozens, if not more, different vendors, local people who we know, who are in

00:22:41
the health fitness, longevity, coaching space, some great local food vendors, the boozy pig,

00:22:49
my cousin Andrew and his his, regenerative butcher shop.

00:22:53
They're gonna bring out some sample food.

00:22:54
We're gonna have dance fitness class going on from Jenna who does the bands and booty class

00:23:00
to kinda help women and men.

00:23:02
Right?

00:23:02
It's not just for women, but help you to shape up the glutes to get a stronger kind of glute

00:23:07
and legs.

00:23:08
And, ultimately, that helps with the low back, so we we definitely, really work with her a

00:23:13
lot.

00:23:13
And then Jake doing some chair massage.

00:23:16
We're gonna have the electrons plus chair massage samples out there.

00:23:19
And then anybody who is friend, family, just showing up who's not already a patient, we're

00:23:26
offering a free fifteen minute chiropractic evaluation plus X rays and then a follow-up to

00:23:31
see if maybe we can help with whatever kind of things you got going on.

00:23:34
So it's gonna be awesome.

00:23:36
I'm I'm super excited about it.

00:23:39
And it's, I think it's next level.

00:23:40
This is all you.

00:23:41
This is coming a visionary item from you.

00:23:43
This is, super cool.

00:23:46
I think it just, it kind of builds the really the momentum around everything that we're doing

00:23:51
and everything that we're working on.

00:23:53
Obviously being cutting edge and just thinking, again, in that kind of the proactive mindset

00:23:58
of, you know, what new therapies can we build to help more people.

00:24:01
So, these are gonna be some of the we're gonna highlight some of the things that we have in

00:24:06
clinic, some of the partnerships that we have outside, and then some of the collaborations

00:24:11
that we have with people locally in the area.

00:24:13
So we wanna highlight those people, you know, locally to our businesses that are in that kind

00:24:17
of that same mindset, that same field, of how people taking care of their bodies.

00:24:22
So I'm super pumped about it.

00:24:24
And, March 8, you don't wanna miss it.

00:24:27
